Lol seems like thet didn't wanted clean money bcoz nobody was going to give it to them so they just chose tye chinese money of their masters. Show how intelligent you are🤣 no wonder you support CPM🤣🙌 taking cash funding which can be given by illegal people like terror organisation, other countries, mafias, smugglers, drug dealers etc is great according to you🤣
Political parties will always find many other ways... And every alternative will similarly be non transparent.
Very clearly and nicely covered
Shekhar is trying to avoid ED this election year, unlike what happened in 2019, i understand shekhar, im with you.
Finally, the Supreme Court is showing it's worth..
Ya whenever it suits us.. it becomes worthy of an institution 😊
Very clear judgement. Electoral bonds were a good idea as for as the sourcing of the bonds are concerned but not on the subsequent steps. I do not support political parties getting funds unanimously - especially when they need not even show in their balance sheet. It sets a dangerous precedent. I support the argument that all political parties should disclose their source of funds. I can say with happiness that this bench of the SC has restored its honor - which it lost by opening at 1:30AM for the member of an India divisive forces.
Be absolutely sure - no political party ever wants transparency in political funding. If they are committed to transparency then the first thing they should do is make audited financials of parties, public and subject every party to RTI. That will be a start
The Supreme Court has passed the justified order, having struck down the anonymous part of the Electoral Bonds. It was a bad and hypocritical decision by the Modi Government. SG is delighted on this issue.
But now black money will reign supreme
@@rationaloperator4165 Anonymous Election Bonds were no less than black money.
@@satyasingalbut it is not black money. It is donated through banks . There can be a trail of transactions. Problem was anonymity not electoral bonds itself. Now , the cash will move in suit cases.
@@NeelamRani-d6b it is made by ammending the certain act such amendment declared unconstitutional by supreme court.
A wise judgement will give suggestions to eradicate black money in elections. What is the alternative to Bonds? As an educated Indian give your wise opinion how to conduct corruption free elections.
Precious Right to Information here, is ignored by judiciary in collegium affairs and disclosure of assets of judges.
Sure after we know how much money govt made
Very well explained sir...thank you
Thank you for watching and writing in, Steven. I'm glad you found this episode insightful...best wishes, Shekhar
It's unfair that the accounts that have encashed these bonds haven't been frozen indefinitely until further funding laws have been clarified
Does this mean that electoral bonds issued for the previous election will also be made transparent?
Most Corrupt governance can shekar agree ?
Instead of Cutting Clutter, He is adding confusion to the clutter not to annoy the powers that be
remarkable judgement by supreme court
"That is the nature of Democracy. We must complain". 🤔🤨😌
Happy 1400 milestone
Editor of the video, editorial team is getting fire for this Video's improper cuts. We enjoyed Shekhar sir's bloopers 😂😂
10 years of loot. Someone should be sent to the big house! Next PM fund and Chanda Chors!
This is both good and bad. We need electoral bonds, but transparent.😊
CJI must be shocked by all these figures... He has to avoid being one sided anymore..... shame
SG is becoming naive. 😂 Don't you think the BJP didn't know what they were doing? The secrecy in electoral bonds was deliberately done with mala fide intention!
The conclusion of this whole thing is, we didn't know which company was giving how much money to which party in electoral bonds and we will not the know the same going forward caus they will use shell companies do that so we the people didn't gaine anything out of this drama that sucks 😢
Shell companies have to still comply with the companies act, which means the data is there for people to find if somebody wants to investigate shell companies. Electoral bonds made that impossible.
He seems so happy ...and excited.😅😅
kudos on 1400th episode
Ranjan Gogai screwed us big time. Its is possible, he was blackmailed by powerful people (Who knows anyway).
Apparently!
Shareholders not asking for where the funds are going , makes them complicit. A great robbery
Great 👍🏻 dissertation/dissection
Thank God at last realised now.
Indian judiciary shining bright. Big salutes to justice Chandrachud.
MANMOHAN SINGH'S GOVT WAS THE CLEANEST POSSIBLE GOVT IN INDIA RUN BY CLEANEST MAN WITH NOBLE PURPOSE OF UPLIFTING THE POOR. MODI'S GOVT IS THE DIRTIEST POSSIBLE GOVT RUN BY MOST CORRUPT MAN OF INDIA. THIS IS THE BJP STYLE DANCE OF DEMOCRACY BEGAN IN 2014.

True 👍
Haha from.coal.scam.to common wealth loot looting of MNREGA fund by middle men journalist influencing the portfolio and lutyens controlling the governance and the journalist enjoying the foreign tour everything happened under scamgress
sir thank you
Wonderful judgement, but than so was Shah Bano one too.😮
No legal No transparent. Electoral bonds are favoring only Modi and Shah
Bullshit 😂
Concerns over potential misuse is the fact. Despite the intention of this move to bring more reforms in the electoral process, with all due respect to the SC’s verdict, I feel it should have prompted a review and directed the government to make necessary amendments to strengthen the law. As concerned citizens, we should view this as an opportunity for constructive change, prioritizing fair and open elections by addressing issues and working together towards meaningful improvements.
Supreme Court must have capped the capital and maximum bank balance of the recognized parties.
Irrelevant verdict. No political party in the world is transparent about its donors. This verdict won't make the slightest difference.
The difference it makes is in not legalizing the non-transparency in donations.
@@PawanDubeyK Then back to illegal donations, at least in this case it was white money.
@@PawanDubeyK It achieves NOTHING. Electoral bonds were donations through a proper banking channel. There was a proper money trail. At least, there was some info on how much money each party had. Now we won't even have that information.
Also, anonymity is a crucial deterrent against political vindictiveness. An INC donor would not want his name known to a BJP Govt and vice versa.
@@sankalp6872 Weird rationale! Whitewashing corruption from a party which claims the high moral ground.
@@xcel5203 Which party are we talking about? Donations through Electoral Bonds: BJP 52%, INC 63%, TMC 93%, DMK 90%, BJD 90%, and so on. So let's not kid ourselves.
My rationality is neither weird nor illogical. It's practical. Morality is a self defined Matrix. You can make your own "moral" scale and define people. Politics is all about "precedence". Nobody cares much about central agency "misuse" rhetoric because previous Congress Govts were no saints.
