Excellent video as always. Man City do have a very good set up at the Etihad. Not sure if I said but I did the tour in 2019 and had the same tour guide. Great banter was had, good memories at 15.14 not far from my air bnb.

Love it! You should DEFINITELY come back to Ibrox for a game. It has one of the BEST atmospheres in the UK by statistics and I’m sure you’d absolutely love it!
I'm not sure how you would quantify atmosphere by statistics, but I've been meaning to get tickets to an Old Firm game. Apparently it's like gold-dust trying to get them.

I'm a City fan since I can remember (i'm 17 yrs) from the Netherlands but we have never been able to go due to financial reasons and covid of course. This video really helps me to know what to do on the matchday and this makes me even more excited which was already impossible :)

I love your videos and you have a relaxing voice! City play Very attractive football but lacks an interesting atmosphere, when I go back to Manchester I’d likely go to old Trafford to see CR7.
Thanks! They say that it lacks atmosphere, but I disagree. When it's loud, it's really loud in that place. And City fans give as good as anyone out there.
They don't have as many varying chants like United do, but even then it's not bad.
I now have a season ticket at United, so I get to watch CR7 week in, week out!

The traffic gets really bad about an hour before kick off.
So if you arrive two hours / 90 minutes beforehand, you'll have plenty of time to eat, shop, drink and watch pre-match warm ups without being stuck along Alan Turing Way.

No, you have to download it to your phone and the phone reads the code AND the NFC on your phone. Have NFC activated along with the ticket they send you and it should work.

You're welcome! I think City want to implement a strict membership system like United and Liverpool, so if GS tickets aren't available any more, that's probably why.

It could be cool if you could come see the OM v PSG match at the Vélodrome (which you have already visited by the way), the atmosphere will be electric and exceptional, one of the best in the country, even if I know it's complicated to travel at this time. Yes, I believe because of the sudden demand for City tickets, you have to at least be a member in order to buy tickets now.
Go to the website, sign up for membership and as soon as they release the tickets - apply straightaway!

People think that now that Newcastle's owners are the richest in the world, that makes the club the richest too. This is incorrect, as people also forget the FIFA Financial Fair Play Rules. Newcastle can only spend a percentage based upon their commercial earnings, so the squad won't change that much for this season and the next. They'll spend money of course, but they won't be buying a billion dollar squad anytime soon.

No kiosk required to be a hooligan, just rock up with fists at the ready and you're good to go.
As for watching Forest, Manchester City will probably beat them 4-0 or more.

Yes, that's the most likely time you'll get players autographs and pictures with them.
I would like to know if you recorded the entire video with your cell phone camera or if you only took it inside the stadium.
I did most of it with a GrPro - the bits I "couldn't film" inside Old Trafford was with a cell phone.

As mentioned in the video, aim to arrive about 2-3 hours before kick off so that you can park up, eat, buy stuff and watch the pre-game warm-ups etc.

Hello my friend. I think you'll be fine with a GoPro, but big cameras with big lenses are not allowed. My advice is to travel light and don't bring a bag with you - it's so much easier with security if you don't have a bag.
If you absolutely have to carry a bag - use the drop off facilities (someone will tell you where they are). I think it's £5 per item that they keep for you.

@@ashishpoudel203 you're welcome! The only other piece of advice is: before you approach security, have your phone, wallet, keys & GoPro in your hands. Let them search you by holding your hands high in the air and act like you've been there hundreds of times before. They don't do much to people who look like they've been there before. But they treat tourists with suspicion especially if they've got bags. So act like you've done this before and your security search will take 10 seconds, instead of several minutes!
i have a question really embarrassing one when you choose a seating stand how would i know if im sitting with city fans or away fans
As mentioned in the video, the away fans sit in a section of the South Stand.
Unless you're affiliate with the away team, you won't be able to buy tickets there.
Therefore when you buy a ticket from City, you'll be sitting with the City fans.

@@miscool obviously you're within touching distance of the players and manager as they arrive, that's why they built the tunnel club. But whether they stick around for selfies and autographs is down to them, and there's no way of absolutely guaranteeing that they'll interact with you or sign something for you.
Hello Ninh! Hey, what was your reaction to Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Old Trafford a couple of months ago? And should Ole get the sack after the 4-2 loss against Leicester and who should replace him?
It's good for the club, but the effect has certainly wore off.
I'd never call for any manager to be sacked, but it's clear to everybody that Ole and his team aren't in the same class as Guardiola, Tuchel, Klopp, etc.
If they had to replace him, the only man that would crack the whip on these guys (and they need serious discipline) is Antonio Conte.
Hopefully will come to Manchester one day to watch Manchester city play a premier league at the Etihad stadium & also a Manchester united game at Old Trafford 😊🙂

I went to the etihad stadium today for the very first time have they removed that man city sigh what's supposedly to be out the store as i did not notice it at all
They change the signs all the time, I don't know if they've taken it away or just removed it temporarily?
