    TRX Single Leg Squat with Hop
    KBell Goblet Squats
    Rip Squat Row (jump optional)
    Mini Circuit 3:
    TRX Inverted Row
    Kbell 1 Leg Balance Row
    Rip Paddleboard Row
    Mini Circuit #4:
    TRX Sprinter Start with Hop
    KBell Thread the needle lunge
    Rip Lunge Press
    Mini Circuit #5:
    TRX Atomic Push-Ups
    KBell Single Arm Press
    Rip Jump Press
    Cool Down:
    T-Spine rotation
    Long Torso Twist
    ½ Kneeling Hip Flexor
    Chest and Torso Stretch
