Chongyun exists. Eula exists. The only issue is you need Xingqui, and a good dendro applicator, and both benefit more from other stats than EM. Kaveh is just more reliable in this role since he is dendro and can create the cores whilst also proccing shatter, but the only reliable cryo applicators would be a high ER Shenhe, Ganyu, or Rosaria. Edit: Eula would be way more redundant in the role without Chongyun (since she is only able to apply cryo every few seconds).

But it is possible to do with them, just not as effective unless perhaps you have Nahida (I'm not sure if her skill procs with shatter reactions though). Edit: Even Sayu can do the role as well when paired with Chongyun. Not only does Sayu heal, EM would buff her swirl damage and shatter damage.

The reason Nilou is "assumed" to not work with the hydro archon is because Bloom is a transformative reaction and most buffs in this game, unless expressly stated, do not work on transformative reactions. Not that that leak has any bearing to begin with. No one has leaked an archon's kit successfully patches before the Archon dropped.
the one thing that i think makes him a decent driver even in hyper bloom teams is the healing ticks also work on hyperblooms and burgeons, with the self damage being probably less then the amount he heals and c1 also provoding some resistance in cases, he can sudo relay on being a self healer instead of just ignoring the self damage(this isnt even including xingqius damage reduction)
I don't know why the "explode cores using creator's stats" is in red. That's a good news. Bloom icd is such that only two bloom reaction can damage an enemy every 0.5s. But, according to the KQM theorycrafting library, multiple bloom creators bypass this ICD problem. If Kaveh had ownership of 5 blooms as they explode, only 2 blooms is dealing damage. If Kaveh owned 2 blooms, Barbara owned 3 blooms, and Kaveh explodes all 5, 4 blooms are doing damage.
I ended up using all my savings (saved for kagura variety) for him! Pretty dumb decision on my part considering I didn't even need him. But HE MUST BE IN MY ACC or else I can't sleep.

Chongyun's skill reducing skill cooldowns should allow for kaveh's onfield bloom ruptures to be spammable for some good "budget nilou" style team comp using fridge without being locked to only dendro and hydro teams
You could also use a bloom and spread party, with a non-aoe electro character who doesn't attack cores, like Beidou burst or Fischl's Ozz. So you have a good and balance Kaveh, hitting hard with his claymore, and exploding cores. Also the bloom and fridge team.
Regarding the Spread damage showcase (5:52), is there a particular reason you used the EM set and claymore? As far as I could tell he only has internal scaling on EM with his self heal so I figured the Dendro dmg set would be more effective.

Now we just need a dendro or hydro that can reduce Skill cd or increase attack speed. its comfortable to play him with ER weapon than a mailed flower. with a mika in team is comfortable for those who's like me that like basic attack characters but tbh I'd put hydro that is EM focused or dendro applicator into it rather him.

I'm doing a mixed bloom/spread kaveh comp using Kaveh Fischl Traveler Xingqiu since fischl is bad at hitting the dendro cores you can benefit from kaveh bloom dmg and also the spread dmg I have nahida but I fear she can steal the hydro and electro effects with her super application
kaveh is much easier to use than alhaitham, but once you get to understand alhaitham's kit, he is very fun to play and is probably much stronger than kaveh.

On a Bloom focused team, does R5 Rainslasher works on par with R5 Mailed Flower? I got him yesterday and I'm quite torn if I should make him use Mailed Flower or should Razor keep it.
For a Bloom team R5 Mailed Flower is most likely better. I assume you have enough hydro application (otherwise Rainslasher is already much worse) and Kaveh triggers most of the blooms, in which case he'll want more EM. He can use ATK% too, but EM will probably do better in his reaction damage. It's between: - 41 more EM (Mailed Flower) - 12% more ATK (Rainslasher) Imo 12% more attack isn't enough to replace the 41 added EM. If this was between R1-2 weapons, the two would probably perform similarly since Mailed Flower would only have 158-170 EM (with 165 on Rainslasher), but on R5 it jumps up to 206. Mailed Flower will most likely outperform Rainslasher by a considerable amount. I think Rainslasher might be better if you try to use him in a Spread team, but I'm not fully sure.
@@user89389 I just want to know if the trade-off of 206 EM + 24% ATK of Mailed Flower to the 165 EM + 36% DMG of Rainslasher is close enough for me to consider using it. I'm planning to use him on Nilou Bloom and my artifact of choice would be FOPL. I might suffer from diminishing returns for having too much %DMG, but if the difference isn't too much then I'd like him to use my dusty Rainslasher instead.

I have no Kokomi, and Nahida is in the Hyperbloom team (Nahida/Xingqiu/Yelan/Kuki), and I am struggling to get the right team for Nilou (as I have no Yaoyao, basically, the only dendro characters I have built are Nahida and DMC, Collei is at Level 1). So, I am seriously thinking of who can help me build a safer and stronger Nilou team, Kaveh or Baizhu, or should I wait for any other characters (maybe I will pull Yaoyao all of a sudden on the standard banner).

I’m no expert on ayato bloom teams but if an ayato bloom team can use an on field dendro driver then probably. If it needs off field dendro application then no, he won’t work.
Agreed with the previous answer. If you want him as an off-field dendro, absolutely not. If you want him on-field then yes. The two might compete for field time but it can work.
In a team a full EM build but if you want to try to get high numbers from Kaveh instead of bloom's damage the a crit/EM build. But the first one will perform better and it is easier to build.
Because c0 Alhaitham is an absurdly strong spread dps that is competitive with the strongest c0 high investment f2p teams of Hu Tao and Childe. Like Childe, he also cheats on his dendro application, bruteforcing icd via his mirrors like Childe bruteforcing icd through riptide.
With Kaveh adding rooster to the Nilou Bloom, I don't think that nilou is a niche instead nilou is strong/more strong in a bloom team. Like how Hu tao is to Vape and Ayaka to Freeze. You can use ayaka in melt team but from what i see she is more strong on freeze team like Nilou can be used in vape team but bloom is where she shine
@@modellodime-7429 It has to do with the off-field hydro application that Nilou provides. Her off-field E actually provides slow hydro application as opposed to fast hydro application (IWinToLose had to use Xingqiu in the team comp in order for the hydro application to match Kaveh's dendro application), meaning she's not as good compared to Ayaka when it comes to doing a lot of reactions. Ayaka's burst does a lot of cryo hits, meaning she can keep up with fast pyro applicators.

There are no very few enemies that require grouping. Everything just rushes towards you Unless they put multiple stationary enemies in abyss, which is not gonna happen since that will destroy all aoe teams. HYV MADE A BAD DECISION
Kaveh is the Nilou driver for people who don’t want to stress about their health or struggle to fight within Kokomi’s E. I know they won’t but if they ever do ramp up the difficulty I’d go as far to say that Kaveh would be mandatory for Nilou to even work lol
He is fine without Nilou. His whole "cool" aspect is that he can immediately detonate seeds. If you have Nilou, then Nilou already does that so why have Kaveh when you can have one of the super strong hydro or dendro units instead (Yelan, Alhaitham, Tighnari, Xingqiu, Nahida, Kokomi, Ayato - take your pick)
Worth noting, Kaveh has more resistance to interruption during his burst than Ayato during his skill. Tried both in Abyss 12 and Ayato's run looked like a ragdoll simulator.
Not sure prematurely detonating cores is that big of a problem anyway. Cores, even be they hyperbloom and/or burgeon have a two hit limit anyway and most people end up accidentally stacking more than two easily enough.
By a little bit amount though, 1k em bloom damage is increased by around 500+% and kaveh can increase that by additional 40%... Too dmall. Not to mention nilou can boost the damage of blooms by a larger amount
Kaveh kind of tries to be multiple things and fails at most of them. I guess he’d be nice if you didn’t have Al Haitham/Nahida/Baizhu/Yao Yao for your bloom team, but at that point, why are you building a bloom team, lmao. He’ll be seeing as much use as Xinyan.

On a Bloom focused team, does R5 Rainslasher works on par with R5 Mailed Flower? I got him yesterday and I'm quite torn if I should make him use Mailed Flower or should Razor keep it.

For a Bloom team R5 Mailed Flower is most likely better. I assume you have enough hydro application (otherwise Rainslasher is already much worse) and Kaveh triggers most of the blooms, in which case he'll want more EM. He can use ATK% too, but EM will probably do better in his reaction damage.
It's between:
- 41 more EM (Mailed Flower)
- 12% more ATK (Rainslasher)
Imo 12% more attack isn't enough to replace the 41 added EM. If this was between R1-2 weapons, the two would probably perform similarly since Mailed Flower would only have 158-170 EM (with 165 on Rainslasher), but on R5 it jumps up to 206. Mailed Flower will most likely outperform Rainslasher by a considerable amount.
I think Rainslasher might be better if you try to use him in a Spread team, but I'm not fully sure.
@@user89389 I just want to know if the trade-off of 206 EM + 24% ATK of Mailed Flower to the 165 EM + 36% DMG of Rainslasher is close enough for me to consider using it. I'm planning to use him on Nilou Bloom and my artifact of choice would be FOPL. I might suffer from diminishing returns for having too much %DMG, but if the difference isn't too much then I'd like him to use my dusty Rainslasher instead.

I mean as long as you have good enough investment in all of those characters it can definitely be done. Just make sure you’re focusing em since you’ll be sharing blooms

I have no Kokomi, and Nahida is in the Hyperbloom team (Nahida/Xingqiu/Yelan/Kuki), and I am struggling to get the right team for Nilou (as I have no Yaoyao, basically, the only dendro characters I have built are Nahida and DMC, Collei is at Level 1). So, I am seriously thinking of who can help me build a safer and stronger Nilou team, Kaveh or Baizhu, or should I wait for any other characters (maybe I will pull Yaoyao all of a sudden on the standard banner).

quick question does he work as a substitute for nahida in an ayato bloom or quick bloom team, I lost 50/50 on dehya and got Kaveh while wishing for baizhu earlier
I’m no expert on ayato bloom teams but if an ayato bloom team can use an on field dendro driver then probably. If it needs off field dendro application then no, he won’t work.

If you want him as an off-field dendro, absolutely not. If you want him on-field then yes. The two might compete for field time but it can work.

In a team a full EM build but if you want to try to get high numbers from Kaveh instead of bloom's damage the a crit/EM build.
But the first one will perform better and it is easier to build.

Because c0 Alhaitham is an absurdly strong spread dps that is competitive with the strongest c0 high investment f2p teams of Hu Tao and Childe. Like Childe, he also cheats on his dendro application, bruteforcing icd via his mirrors like Childe bruteforcing icd through riptide.

With Kaveh adding rooster to the Nilou Bloom, I don't think that nilou is a niche instead nilou is strong/more strong in a bloom team. Like how Hu tao is to Vape and Ayaka to Freeze. You can use ayaka in melt team but from what i see she is more strong on freeze team like Nilou can be used in vape team but bloom is where she shine

@@modellodime-7429 It has to do with the off-field hydro application that Nilou provides. Her off-field E actually provides slow hydro application as opposed to fast hydro application (IWinToLose had to use Xingqiu in the team comp in order for the hydro application to match Kaveh's dendro application), meaning she's not as good compared to Ayaka when it comes to doing a lot of reactions. Ayaka's burst does a lot of cryo hits, meaning she can keep up with fast pyro applicators.

He is fine without Nilou. His whole "cool" aspect is that he can immediately detonate seeds. If you have Nilou, then Nilou already does that so why have Kaveh when you can have one of the super strong hydro or dendro units instead (Yelan, Alhaitham, Tighnari, Xingqiu, Nahida, Kokomi, Ayato - take your pick)

Worth noting, Kaveh has more resistance to interruption during his burst than Ayato during his skill.
Tried both in Abyss 12 and Ayato's run looked like a ragdoll simulator.

Not sure prematurely detonating cores is that big of a problem anyway. Cores, even be they hyperbloom and/or burgeon have a two hit limit anyway and most people end up accidentally stacking more than two easily enough.
so he DOES boost nilou cores...
By a little bit amount though, 1k em bloom damage is increased by around 500+% and kaveh can increase that by additional 40%... Too dmall. Not to mention nilou can boost the damage of blooms by a larger amount
