This ranking makes no sense to me. The whole point of resin efficiency is that BOTH sets have chance to hit, doubling your odds for a potential piece. Saying "Well, you can just throw the trash into the strongbox", uhhh you can do that regardless even in good domains. The only difference with Noblesse/Bloodstained and Viridescent/Maiden where one set is dead weight is that half your harvest is automatically burnt from the jump. That's objectively worse. Noblesse and Viridescent should be what you strongbox FOR, not domains you intentionally farm trash to feed into the strongbox.
EDIT for newer players: First and foremost, resin efficiency is ultimately dependent on which characters you have, or want to build. You should consider what the resin-efficient domains are for YOUR account. For example, if you don't like any of the Dendro characters or reactions, then farming Deepwood Memories/Gilded Dreams is probably not the best choice for you. Similarly, the Obsidian Codex/Scroll of the Hero domain is great if you like/own a lot of Natlan characters. The strongbox is also often mentioned in the comments here. While it can be super useful, be careful not to fall into the pitfall of strongboxing _too_ much - don't aim for perfect pieces straight away. An on-set Crit Rate circlet with no Crit Dmg sub-stats may not seem worth keeping, but if it's your only Crit Rate circlet, it's your best Crit Rate circlet. Plus, you might get some artifacts that seem useless to you right now, but could end up being very useful (for example as an off-set piece) for a character you pull later. Since it takes a while to recognise which artifacts to save and which are fine to discard, I recommend you save pretty much all of the pieces you get when starting your artifact farming at ~AR45. You can always strongbox them later. With that in mind, do I think you should spend a significant amount of resin in the Viridescent Venerer/Maiden Beloved domain? Probably not. But is it an absolute crime to spend a little resin in that domain when starting out? Also no. In my opinion, it is totally fine to run the domain a few times, and get a mix of 5* and 4* VV pieces. Enough to tide you over until later, when you may obtain better pieces through the strongbox. Like I mentioned at the start, the resin-efficiency of a domain is account-specific. Then, what is the point of this video? It's not necessarily about what domains YOU should farm. Instead, it essentially looks at the 'popularity' of all artifact sets/domains. As you pull more characters, there's a higher chance you can reuse your leveled or saved pieces from these popular sets, instead of having to farm some other domain. You could see that as a different kind of resin efficiency, perhaps.
if you really understand this video, it talks about all the characters in the game collectively. if you have so many characters that use noblese or vv, all your resins will be worth it to be spent in those domains. this ranking varies on each account, not all people have all the characters. so the ranking would not be the same for everyone. if we're talking about building all the characters in the game, those ranking in this video is the go to tier list.
It’s reasonable to rank things this way, assuming the game has one artifact set that’s BIS for basically 80% of characters and another set that is literally completely useless. Would you not expect this set to have a high ranking? It’s why his metric tries to balance it so that such a set would still have a high ranking. A metric you’re proposing which is kind of like how good is the worst set of the two fails to recognise if one is super cracked. I can understand how if you’re using the strongbox then VV domain would drop to basically last place but that’s probably why he said this is assuming no strong boxing, which if you need more fodder like i and many do, is very reasonable.
great video but as a Lynette main i would like to address that if you have her c6 you can use MH set without Furina too. Cause she drains her own HP and gains it back when she uses her skill :D

@@Glis54having c6 4* is not equivalent to c0 5*, yo on copium dude To get specific 4* c-1(or c0 for freebies) to c6 you are looking at c2 5* minimum with average luck, i would lean more to c3 To get c6 by the time you have c0 limited is just godly luck... If you get them across multiple banners you should add up all the pulls you needed to get them to c6, not just that c4 or c5 -> c6 banner
@@asteiryliasooo, in my case i pulled on yelan but skiped other one (just personal preference) and i have lynette at c2 (so got her 2x) Sorry, but you need to have character on a bit more banners to max them out as average f2p For me average f2p is going for limited c0 For hoarder f2p it might be possible, save up primos and only blow some when you really like 5^ character to get their optimum constelation and weapon, but you need several cons worth of pulls to get specific 4* to c6 (or, gods forbid, you pull with intention to get 4* to c6 @@) Then the extreme f2p with enough primos to c6 r5 one character, they getting c6 4* just about guaranteed unless they have rotten luck (it is indeed theoretically possible to not get a single copy of specific limited 4* by the time you get c6 5*) So if you got lynette c6 as average f2p in 2 banners thats just lucky

Seeing how Furina single-handedly elevated MH to become usable on more characters, I wouldn’t be surprised if Mavuika does the same for the Natlan sets thereby shooting them up to a conditional #2 or even #1. Only time will tell.
Like he mentions in the video, Furina’s self-harming mechanic means that any DPS can make use of the Crit Rate buff that MH gives you from HP fluctuation so they can spec more into damage.
If u want to know the current leaks then you can expand this. Its looking like mavuika indeed is able to give a nightsoul bar to every single character from some leaks. So she with her everybody could use these new artifact sets if the leaks are correct.
A lot of people are rightfully pointing out how the VV Maiden and Noblesse Bloodstained sets shouldn’t be ridiculously high in resin efficiency just because one set is super good. How I would fix it in terms of the calculations being made in the video, is that if an artifact domain has one set that scores 50 or more points, while the other set scores 10 or less points, and it can be used in the strong box, then it immediately looses all of its points and gets a “please strongbox the good set” score. It just makes way too much sense to strongbox VV and Noblesse for that to not be pointed out in the video.
It's just a bad list in general, the efficient way to farm artifacts is farming a non-strongboxable domain you want and trashing all the unusable pieces into the strongbox for targeted sets you want.
Bro did not cook with some of these rankings. No one should be spending their resin in Noblesse Oblige domain. That domain has been trash to farm since we got the strongbox. Also Obsidian Codex/Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City in second to last place is wild. The scroll set is so powerful that even non Natlan characters are using it for the 12% damage bonus for reactions. VV is another set that is way too high. Yes its a great set but having the literal dead weight of Maidens as additional pieces makes it completely not worth it to farm especially when VV is in the strongbox.
i think this video is talking about collectively all the characters in the game, if you have more character that use noblese, all the resins will be worth it, same case with vv. if you dont have many characters using these sets, it wont be as good for you to farm for them. all these facts varies depends on each account

And the Noblesse domain is one of the worst domains to farm in terms of resin efficiency because the one good set in the domain has been in the strongbox since the strongbox was added to the game back in 2.0. Bloodstained Chivalry the other set is a garbage set that at best is useful as a 2p set for the worst damage type in the game. Even for new players trying to build their Bennett I would tell them to just strongbox the pieces they need while farming another set they need. At least Tenacity/Pale Flame the Pale Flame 4p set is useful for the 10 Eula mains who still have to farm it.

One way that people can use this list effectively for their own accounts is to only factor in the characters that they have and use. You can subtract off all of the characters that you don't have or don't regularly use and can see what personally would be good for you to farm. That can dramatically skew the personal results. However, this does put the useful artifact listings all in a single place which makes it very convenient. This list is great if you are playing every possible build on every character, but other than that I think that the best way to use it would be as an artifact to character guide that will help you determine how many of your characters will benefit from the domain. The thing that is getting most people is probably how it is presented, as "resin efficiency" ranking. I think it would be better seen as a domain "usefulness" guide that can then help you determine your own personal resin efficiency rankings based upon which artifact sets your characters can use and how many characters can use the artifact sets from that domain. If the video is taken that way, then this is a great video.
@@nohackershere6592 yeah I read it as "these are the most overall good places in the game, and the ones where one artifact sucks but the other is good for so many characters that it's efficient to just farm the domain and strongbox the bad artifact, maybe even into the good one, instead of using other domains artifacts to strongbox into the good one". Like if you want noblesse for 20 people you won't go to the golden troupe one and strongbox the bad pieces 'cause you'll be getting a lot of good pieces since both sets are useful. But literally I just paused on each one to check which characters I like are on them so I can be more set on which are actually efficient. Like I'm more confident in the wanderer one since I need his set better but I actually have good uses for the other set, I knew I had it on Raiden I think for EM build, but it's good to see if there's anyone else im forgetting or anyone who'd want the two piece or something.
Strongbox worthy artifacts: Flower of Paradise Lost for Kuki. All you need is EM main stat for Sands, Goblet, Circlet + EM substats for Flower and Feather.

flower of paradise lost is not necessarily Bis for kuki tbh Because the damage difference from flower of paradise and gilded lost is like 3% Even then flower of paradise lost will only increase hyperbloom damage while em from gilded will also increase the eventual quicken/aggrevate damage from kuki You definitely need deepwood memories to play a dendro team and you will get a gilded dreams set from farming deepwood Not to mention that flower of paradise lost comes with desert pavillion which is one of the worst set in game so you can save thousands of resin by just farming deepwood
Honestly i think this ranking would be more accurate, if you take the medium of both sets. This would mean, because 1 set is so good, doesn't mean that the domain is efficient compared to two decent artifact sets. Another thing is, if you do want to calculate the strongbox, then deducting points for strongbox availability would be appropriate, especially if only one artifact is viable. I think it would be a lot more interesting to see a google sheets document, where you could checkmark your available characters to see which artifact set is the best for you.

If you're a mid to late game player, farm the Natlan domain now all the time for future Natlan characters, strongbox the trash. Hard disagree on putting it below Xiao's & Nilou's domain.
well to be fair, he did say that the value of the domain will only increase as we get more natlan characters in the game, he's not really taking into account future playable characters
I would disagree with this, there is no point of grinding it if you dont like the characters from the natlan cast, and ofc as of now (including 5.2 characters) fontaine had way better units so if you care about the meta and wanna be safe instead if gambling it all out, I'd farm marechousee over obsidian all day long as a new player rn
@@Aris-zw5lj well not really, by 4.2 we had both neuvilette and Furina who are better than mualani and xilonen, lyney is generally way better single target damage dealer than kinich, and wrio and chasca are both mid. Only the 4*s in natlan are better than the early 4*s of fontaine with kachina being alright and ororon being really good

17:15 i feel like i should emphasize that the difference between flower of paradise lost and gilded dreams isn't groundbreaking, and if you already have really good gilded dreams sets for your bloom reaction characters then it's not really needed unless you want the absolute maximum damage increase. keep it on lower priority if you have good gilded dreams sets! unless you just really like it..
The title “FARM THESE ARTIFACT SETS,” is terribly misleading!! This video is about designing a tier list that ranks the amount of characters that can use both artifact sets in their respective domains. Based on the title alone, I was expecting an artifact tier list that factors the positives and negatives of farming certain artifact sets and one that considers what is generally recommended for most accounts. If I were to look at this tier list to determine what artifact sets to farm, I would be extremely misinformed. An artifact domain is considered resin efficient when both artifact sets are beneficial to farm because they can be equipped on the majority of your characters. A perfect example is the Marechaussee Hunter and Golden Troupe domain, specifically for an account that owns a lot of Fontaine characters. Farming a domain that is not resin efficient means sacrificing more resin for the sake of obtaining an artifact set(s) that remain best in slot for less than the majority of your characters. If an account does not own any Fontaine characters, would you recommended them to farm the Marechaussee and Golden Troupe domain? The correct answer is no. The only case where it is reasonable to spend some of your resin on a non resin efficient domain, is if you own a character than can utilize that artifact set to the best of their ability or you are guaranteed them on their confirmed upcoming banner. The most recommended way to farm artifact sets is to choose a resin efficient domain and then strongbox the remaining mediocre/trash pieces on the set you are farming for or an additional set found in another non resin efficient domain. At the end of the day, every account is unique and each player is different according to how they artifact farm. I thought I would share my thoughts because the title really threw me for a loop and I am nearly positive I am not the only one. Good luck farming everyone!! = )
I think the most resin efficient domain is Deepwood/Gilded. You can build every dendro and most hyperbloom/burgeon characters with those. MH/GT is amazing too, although a bit less without Furina
About Petra, I feel like it had greatly improved in terms of usability. Especially because of xilonen who will definitely cristalize, but not necessarily pick up the cristal. Then the next character can wear Petra instead of noblesse or mililith for a total of 75 dmg bonnus. That is huge. (TGS gave the idea but still)
there's a very obvious flaw here, and that's domains where one set is good and the other is completely worthless. it doesn't matter if set1 is good on 5 characters or 100, if the other set is worthless, it means half your resin is being thrown out to the garbage no matter what. you need to farm twice as much to get useful artifacts on the fact that one set will never benefit your account outside of rare offpieces. a domain that benefits 10 characters where 5 need set1 and 5 need set2 is much more viable than a domain where 10 need set1 and 0 need set2. in the first scenario for every 10 good artifacts you get, 5 will be on set1 and 5 will be on set2, therefore each of your characters is gonna get a good artifact. in the second scenario, 5 will be on the useless set so they're instant fodder, and the other 5 will have to be split among 10 different characters. a domain where set1 is epic and set2 is a universally viable 2 piece set is worth farming as much as a domain with 2 epic sets, but something like nobless where the 2 piece bloodstain is absolutely worthless, its just instant trash.
so what happens is that in the same amount of time, a player that farms gt/mh will be able to build their 5 gt users and 5 mh users, while the player that farmed for vv will only be able to build 5 out of their 10 vv characters. if you choose a domain that gives you half the artifacts you need, you make your account progression twice as long.
Confused how multiple sets are marked as the same characters “Best in slot” there shouldnt be more than 1 best in slot for each character otherwise it really just isnt “Best” in slot…
Maybe he should use a different term than 'best in slot', but they absolutely can if there's best sets for different builds. Furthermore some sets are so close in value it makes most sense to score both tied as BiS even if there may be a few % difference.
A lot of characters have 2 or even 3 sets that are VERY close to each other in terms of performance. I don't think it's a bad thing, it makes the thing even more accurate tbh.
Given the state of Phys dmg, I would like to say that Razor's best team is now Nahida Xingqiu Bennett C6 and he uses a Full EM build with either FOLP or Gilded Dreams. But now only one guy plays that team and thats me, Earlier Zajef77 also used to play it but now its just me.

I've never felt comfortable putting VV cause 1, it works with 1 element(but to fair that 1 element is like the top 3 best in the game) 2, it shares with Maidens beloved so....

Autumn hunt being 2nd (lowkey first due to furina only being used on 1 team at a time anyway) is insane and especially more insane when you think about how good the emblem set is in theatre. In abyss you need no more than 4 sets at a time maybe But imagine a cryo hydro Pyro IT now you might need 8 sets XL XQ YELAN MONA ROSARIA KAEYA any other burst dependent character Such a valuable set Definitely the next set I'm going to strongbox for heavily after VV
An interestimg take in this video, but it's all backwards. You should only farm for the characters you have and the hard part is to know where to stop and move on to the next one. Otherwise you'll be farming the same thing with zero upgrade for ever. With a bit of luck it will take about three weeks to fully build a damage dealer and never come back to to the build, unless there is nowhere else to spend resin in. Also keeping an eye on good substats can also give some benefit, by makeing 2x2piece combos with verry good substat rolls.
Sets that require an external character on the team to activate should not be included at all until the game gets a loadout system. Good job separating this case for MH but even if the account has Furina it's STILL not viable to use it, especially now when IT, which is half the endgame, forces you to play semi random, not optimal, teams, and you can't swap artifacts once inside anymore. And that's without the obvious problem of having to farm two sets for each DPS, one for Furina teams and one without Furina, when getting good artifacts and enough artifact exp is a struggle even for one set per unit. This is why your Burning set domain got overrated, why would one build their character to ONLY be usable in burning or melt teams instead of everything?
IMO, you should only farm domains that are efficient and those that are not available in strongbox. So, this is my list of domain farming: Efficiency: Emblem, MH, Deepwood, and New Natlan set Not in strongbox: Arlecchino and Navia's BiS (only farm this if you main them) Then other top tier artifacts should just be strongboxed like Noblesse, VV, and Flower of Paradise Lost.
Xianyun is debatable considering her role but VV is amazing simply because of Sucrose both her and kazowa need same EM and energy requirements so you can swap between them ones you pull him and Sucrose is universally valuable for reaction teams even without it hence it worth farming for both, for deep wood it’s also best for Emilie before her C2 since her bis isn’t optimal to farm
Guilded emblem noblese and vv with good pieces is enough for almost any kind of team for a decent gameplay. Add on a domain for the main dps chosen and it's good to go. Things haven't changed much since new regions
I 100% agree with your rankings. Of course you should adjust these rankings depending on the characters you build, but as a guide for a new player I think this is perfect
If Artifact loadouts become a thing it would be so easy to share a single Hunter set amongst every dps you plan on using with Furina, you could get the most cracked set and be set for life.
Good list, i think there are 3 (4 with furina) primary domains you should farm. Vv, emblem and deepwood/guilded plus hunter if furina. This should cover you basis of teambuilding and variety. The list explains exact this and to this day nothing has changed 😅

Cool idea, but you should probably include some kind of deduction for domains that only have 1 "wanted" artifact set. Pavilion/Flop or ToM/Pale Flame should definitely be lower, especially since the "off-set" is not used by an OP/popular character (compared to sets like Navia/Arle). Another thing I'd consider for your next version of this video is excluding most/all of the bottom of the barrel characters that nobody uses (or grant fewer points for them). Seeing characters like Aloy on some of these lists is just comical...
As others have said if you want to rank them for 'best for farming' you should find a way to penalize then ones with only one good artifact set. Maybe multiply the scores? Furthermore it would probably also be better if you gave bonuses for viability/meta characters/builds. It's pretty ridiculous that the BiS for electro traveller gives as many points as some of the BiS sets for top meta characters. Maybe add 0-3 points per character depending on how meta-viable they are.
Im happy with my gilded cyno i spent over 2 years to perfect his stats and now he has 190 er 700 em with nahida and ballad of the fjord buffs and 50/200 ratio i dont want to change that :)
I think 4pc thundering Fury is definitely viable on other chars who can spam their skills to do a lot of dmg like Bennett or Kazuha TF build with can abuse it pretty well and can do surprisingly well as a reaction based DPS. But yes its a very niche thing to do that people only do for fun or doing 4 star only clears with bennett fischl overload duo so i dont think it matters that much.
Remember guys that this ranking is just HIS opinion, coz every acc. has it's different perks on farming artifact domains. Like my acc. wherein I don't have Furina AND Nahida, _dun worry it's just a choice_ , so the 1st place is really not for me to grind, but I grinded a bit for deepwood for DMC to work on Yae aggrevate. And when I had Yae I just farmed and strongbox TF like a madman coz she's one of my main, then comes Emblem coz of Raiden and Yelan. And the OHC and Husk domain is pretty niche, just done it for Kokomi and Yunjin, and it's ratio of getting HB and Def. on the wrong set doesn't help. But agreed on VV domain as one of the goated artifact to farm even though maiden is just there, fulfilling our cracked offsets. So take this ranking with a giant grain of salt, for it varies from acc. to other acc.
I liked the video even if i have a total different point of view. If the domain have only one decent artefact set and its on the strong box, there's no need to farm on it. Only if you main someone who use the other artefact. "Oh, but nobless is good" Yes, but you only need HP or attack and energy recharge on those pieces. You can easily craft those on strongbox. I have godlike pieces on Veridicent and Nobless and i got all of them from the strongbox while farming like a beatch for emblem. It's the same with Milelith. If you dont have Eula, there's no need for you to even look at that domain hahahabhababa. Farm something else and strongbox the rest on those cracked support sets. I agree with 1st and 2nd, but for me, 3rd is the new Natlan one and 4th is Marecheusee. Gilded and the dendro one is the must domain to be farmed tho. To any new account. Ignore the rest, gilded here we gooooo.
As a xiao main, I can say why does xiao wasn't list on the first golden troupe domain (marechausee) since he himself have a life drain mechanics like literally he can utilize it with or without furina
Make a video about how I can decide which artifacts I can use in the Strongbox or the new converter with adjustable stats. I currently have 1700 5-star artifacts and don't know how to sort them out.
Feel like Clorinde is missing on the glad set as viable, i think it can work very well on her, as a Clorinde haver I use glad bc i still didn't get a better set but she performs nice. Also, I've been farming so much this domain for Clorinde and Emilie that i noticed unfinished reverie can work on xiangling too in a burn-melt team, I use Ganyu, Emilie, Bennet and Xiangling and it works fine if you get enough ER.
Great video, i would have loved if you put the effecst of the artifact on the screen, idk much about alot of artifacts and it's a hassle to google what each does soo....but that might be a skill issue lol
You put a lot of effort there but, that's just a bait for newbies players... Your metric is just bad for the end game content. Efficienty domain = you can use both artifacts in usable characters, if the domain has only 1 really usable set like, noblesse oblige, Mililith, Viridiscent... The EFFICIENCY is you use strongbox in those artifacts while farming a double set domain like the nahida and furina set
I think a domain's value should be the average of each set value, and not their sum. MB doesn't add to VV's value, bur rather dilutes it. Or maybe a ranking of sets by themselves, and then the domain value is based on the ranking of its constituents, any domain whose average rank is below the top half/third we slap a strongbox seal and demoted it to waypoint.

Great video, but i don't completely agree with the way you "judge" artifact domains, since for some artifacts you'll need max 1 per team (like VV, deepwood), so if you have a few artifacts you can just interchange them between characters. While artifacts like emblem are needed by a lot of meta characters, sometimes played in the same team, so farming them even more is better
But I still think that it's a good way to "rank" some of these domains especially for people who don't care about perfectly minmaxing all their characters
This ranking makes no sense to me. The whole point of resin efficiency is that BOTH sets have chance to hit, doubling your odds for a potential piece.
Saying "Well, you can just throw the trash into the strongbox", uhhh you can do that regardless even in good domains.
The only difference with Noblesse/Bloodstained and Viridescent/Maiden where one set is dead weight is that half your harvest is automatically burnt from the jump. That's objectively worse.
Noblesse and Viridescent should be what you strongbox FOR, not domains you intentionally farm trash to feed into the strongbox.

First and foremost, resin efficiency is ultimately dependent on which characters you have, or want to build. You should consider what the resin-efficient domains are for YOUR account. For example, if you don't like any of the Dendro characters or reactions, then farming Deepwood Memories/Gilded Dreams is probably not the best choice for you. Similarly, the Obsidian Codex/Scroll of the Hero domain is great if you like/own a lot of Natlan characters.
The strongbox is also often mentioned in the comments here. While it can be super useful, be careful not to fall into the pitfall of strongboxing _too_ much - don't aim for perfect pieces straight away. An on-set Crit Rate circlet with no Crit Dmg sub-stats may not seem worth keeping, but if it's your only Crit Rate circlet, it's your best Crit Rate circlet. Plus, you might get some artifacts that seem useless to you right now, but could end up being very useful (for example as an off-set piece) for a character you pull later. Since it takes a while to recognise which artifacts to save and which are fine to discard, I recommend you save pretty much all of the pieces you get when starting your artifact farming at ~AR45. You can always strongbox them later.
With that in mind, do I think you should spend a significant amount of resin in the Viridescent Venerer/Maiden Beloved domain? Probably not. But is it an absolute crime to spend a little resin in that domain when starting out? Also no. In my opinion, it is totally fine to run the domain a few times, and get a mix of 5* and 4* VV pieces. Enough to tide you over until later, when you may obtain better pieces through the strongbox.
Like I mentioned at the start, the resin-efficiency of a domain is account-specific. Then, what is the point of this video? It's not necessarily about what domains YOU should farm. Instead, it essentially looks at the 'popularity' of all artifact sets/domains. As you pull more characters, there's a higher chance you can reuse your leveled or saved pieces from these popular sets, instead of having to farm some other domain. You could see that as a different kind of resin efficiency, perhaps.
if you really understand this video, it talks about all the characters in the game collectively. if you have so many characters that use noblese or vv, all your resins will be worth it to be spent in those domains. this ranking varies on each account, not all people have all the characters. so the ranking would not be the same for everyone. if we're talking about building all the characters in the game, those ranking in this video is the go to tier list.
It’s reasonable to rank things this way, assuming the game has one artifact set that’s BIS for basically 80% of characters and another set that is literally completely useless. Would you not expect this set to have a high ranking? It’s why his metric tries to balance it so that such a set would still have a high ranking.
A metric you’re proposing which is kind of like how good is the worst set of the two fails to recognise if one is super cracked.
I can understand how if you’re using the strongbox then VV domain would drop to basically last place but that’s probably why he said this is assuming no strong boxing, which if you need more fodder like i and many do, is very reasonable.

To get specific 4* c-1(or c0 for freebies) to c6 you are looking at c2 5* minimum with average luck, i would lean more to c3

If you get them across multiple banners you should add up all the pulls you needed to get them to c6, not just that c4 or c5 -> c6 banner

For hoarder f2p it might be possible, save up primos and only blow some when you really like 5^ character to get their optimum constelation and weapon, but you need several cons worth of pulls to get specific 4* to c6 (or, gods forbid, you pull with intention to get 4* to c6 @@)
Then the extreme f2p with enough primos to c6 r5 one character, they getting c6 4* just about guaranteed unless they have rotten luck (it is indeed theoretically possible to not get a single copy of specific limited 4* by the time you get c6 5*)
So if you got lynette c6 as average f2p in 2 banners thats just lucky

Seeing how Furina single-handedly elevated MH to become usable on more characters, I wouldn’t be surprised if Mavuika does the same for the Natlan sets thereby shooting them up to a conditional #2 or even #1. Only time will tell.

Like he mentions in the video, Furina’s self-harming mechanic means that any DPS can make use of the Crit Rate buff that MH gives you from HP fluctuation so they can spec more into damage.

Its looking like mavuika indeed is able to give a nightsoul bar to every single character from some leaks. So she with her everybody could use these new artifact sets if the leaks are correct.
A lot of people are rightfully pointing out how the VV Maiden and Noblesse Bloodstained sets shouldn’t be ridiculously high in resin efficiency just because one set is super good. How I would fix it in terms of the calculations being made in the video, is that if an artifact domain has one set that scores 50 or more points, while the other set scores 10 or less points, and it can be used in the strong box, then it immediately looses all of its points and gets a “please strongbox the good set” score. It just makes way too much sense to strongbox VV and Noblesse for that to not be pointed out in the video.
It's just a bad list in general, the efficient way to farm artifacts is farming a non-strongboxable domain you want and trashing all the unusable pieces into the strongbox for targeted sets you want.

Bro did not cook with some of these rankings. No one should be spending their resin in Noblesse Oblige domain. That domain has been trash to farm since we got the strongbox. Also Obsidian Codex/Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City in second to last place is wild. The scroll set is so powerful that even non Natlan characters are using it for the 12% damage bonus for reactions. VV is another set that is way too high. Yes its a great set but having the literal dead weight of Maidens as additional pieces makes it completely not worth it to farm especially when VV is in the strongbox.

i think this video is talking about collectively all the characters in the game, if you have more character that use noblese, all the resins will be worth it, same case with vv. if you dont have many characters using these sets, it wont be as good for you to farm for them. all these facts varies depends on each account

And the Noblesse domain is one of the worst domains to farm in terms of resin efficiency because the one good set in the domain has been in the strongbox since the strongbox was added to the game back in 2.0. Bloodstained Chivalry the other set is a garbage set that at best is useful as a 2p set for the worst damage type in the game. Even for new players trying to build their Bennett I would tell them to just strongbox the pieces they need while farming another set they need. At least Tenacity/Pale Flame the Pale Flame 4p set is useful for the 10 Eula mains who still have to farm it.

One way that people can use this list effectively for their own accounts is to only factor in the characters that they have and use. You can subtract off all of the characters that you don't have or don't regularly use and can see what personally would be good for you to farm. That can dramatically skew the personal results. However, this does put the useful artifact listings all in a single place which makes it very convenient.
This list is great if you are playing every possible build on every character, but other than that I think that the best way to use it would be as an artifact to character guide that will help you determine how many of your characters will benefit from the domain.
The thing that is getting most people is probably how it is presented, as "resin efficiency" ranking. I think it would be better seen as a domain "usefulness" guide that can then help you determine your own personal resin efficiency rankings based upon which artifact sets your characters can use and how many characters can use the artifact sets from that domain. If the video is taken that way, then this is a great video.

Like if you want noblesse for 20 people you won't go to the golden troupe one and strongbox the bad pieces 'cause you'll be getting a lot of good pieces since both sets are useful.
But literally I just paused on each one to check which characters I like are on them so I can be more set on which are actually efficient. Like I'm more confident in the wanderer one since I need his set better but I actually have good uses for the other set, I knew I had it on Raiden I think for EM build, but it's good to see if there's anyone else im forgetting or anyone who'd want the two piece or something.

All you need is EM main stat for Sands, Goblet, Circlet + EM substats for Flower and Feather.

Even then flower of paradise lost will only increase hyperbloom damage while em from gilded will also increase the eventual quicken/aggrevate damage from kuki
You definitely need deepwood memories to play a dendro team and you will get a gilded dreams set from farming deepwood
Not to mention that flower of paradise lost comes with desert pavillion which is one of the worst set in game so you can save thousands of resin by just farming deepwood

Honestly i think this ranking would be more accurate, if you take the medium of both sets. This would mean, because 1 set is so good, doesn't mean that the domain is efficient compared to two decent artifact sets. Another thing is, if you do want to calculate the strongbox, then deducting points for strongbox availability would be appropriate, especially if only one artifact is viable. I think it would be a lot more interesting to see a google sheets document, where you could checkmark your available characters to see which artifact set is the best for you.
This video came out only hours after I ranked which artifact domains I needed the most in order to build all my characters for the IT.
Classic top 3, Emblem, deepwood/gilded and VV, thats what i recommend for every basis, the bad ones can be strongboxed for a specific artifact 👌🏻

The title “FARM THESE ARTIFACT SETS,” is terribly misleading!! This video is about designing a tier list that ranks the amount of characters that can use both artifact sets in their respective domains. Based on the title alone, I was expecting an artifact tier list that factors the positives and negatives of farming certain artifact sets and one that considers what is generally recommended for most accounts. If I were to look at this tier list to determine what artifact sets to farm, I would be extremely misinformed.
An artifact domain is considered resin efficient when both artifact sets are beneficial to farm because they can be equipped on the majority of your characters. A perfect example is the Marechaussee Hunter and Golden Troupe domain, specifically for an account that owns a lot of Fontaine characters. Farming a domain that is not resin efficient means sacrificing more resin for the sake of obtaining an artifact set(s) that remain best in slot for less than the majority of your characters. If an account does not own any Fontaine characters, would you recommended them to farm the Marechaussee and Golden Troupe domain? The correct answer is no.
The only case where it is reasonable to spend some of your resin on a non resin efficient domain, is if you own a character than can utilize that artifact set to the best of their ability or you are guaranteed them on their confirmed upcoming banner. The most recommended way to farm artifact sets is to choose a resin efficient domain and then strongbox the remaining mediocre/trash pieces on the set you are farming for or an additional set found in another non resin efficient domain.
At the end of the day, every account is unique and each player is different according to how they artifact farm. I thought I would share my thoughts because the title really threw me for a loop and I am nearly positive I am not the only one. Good luck farming everyone!! = )
I think the most resin efficient domain is Deepwood/Gilded. You can build every dendro and most hyperbloom/burgeon characters with those.
MH/GT is amazing too, although a bit less without Furina
About Petra, I feel like it had greatly improved in terms of usability. Especially because of xilonen who will definitely cristalize, but not necessarily pick up the cristal. Then the next character can wear Petra instead of noblesse or mililith for a total of 75 dmg bonnus. That is huge. (TGS gave the idea but still)
there's a very obvious flaw here, and that's domains where one set is good and the other is completely worthless.
it doesn't matter if set1 is good on 5 characters or 100, if the other set is worthless, it means half your resin is being thrown out to the garbage no matter what. you need to farm twice as much to get useful artifacts on the fact that one set will never benefit your account outside of rare offpieces.
a domain that benefits 10 characters where 5 need set1 and 5 need set2 is much more viable than a domain where 10 need set1 and 0 need set2. in the first scenario for every 10 good artifacts you get, 5 will be on set1 and 5 will be on set2, therefore each of your characters is gonna get a good artifact. in the second scenario, 5 will be on the useless set so they're instant fodder, and the other 5 will have to be split among 10 different characters.
a domain where set1 is epic and set2 is a universally viable 2 piece set is worth farming as much as a domain with 2 epic sets, but something like nobless where the 2 piece bloodstain is absolutely worthless, its just instant trash.
so what happens is that in the same amount of time, a player that farms gt/mh will be able to build their 5 gt users and 5 mh users, while the player that farmed for vv will only be able to build 5 out of their 10 vv characters.
if you choose a domain that gives you half the artifacts you need, you make your account progression twice as long.

Maybe he should use a different term than 'best in slot', but they absolutely can if there's best sets for different builds. Furthermore some sets are so close in value it makes most sense to score both tied as BiS even if there may be a few % difference.
Raiden can have different BiS sets depending on if you build her for hyperbloom or talent damage

An interestimg take in this video, but it's all backwards. You should only farm for the characters you have and the hard part is to know where to stop and move on to the next one. Otherwise you'll be farming the same thing with zero upgrade for ever. With a bit of luck it will take about three weeks to fully build a damage dealer and never come back to to the build, unless there is nowhere else to spend resin in. Also keeping an eye on good substats can also give some benefit, by makeing 2x2piece combos with verry good substat rolls.
Problem with this list most top tiers are better to just strong box bc one of 2 artefacts is carrying rankings

Sets that require an external character on the team to activate should not be included at all until the game gets a loadout system. Good job separating this case for MH but even if the account has Furina it's STILL not viable to use it, especially now when IT, which is half the endgame, forces you to play semi random, not optimal, teams, and you can't swap artifacts once inside anymore.
And that's without the obvious problem of having to farm two sets for each DPS, one for Furina teams and one without Furina, when getting good artifacts and enough artifact exp is a struggle even for one set per unit.
This is why your Burning set domain got overrated, why would one build their character to ONLY be usable in burning or melt teams instead of everything?

IMO, you should only farm domains that are efficient and those that are not available in strongbox. So, this is my list of domain farming:
Efficiency: Emblem, MH, Deepwood, and New Natlan set
Not in strongbox: Arlecchino and Navia's BiS (only farm this if you main them)
Then other top tier artifacts should just be strongboxed like Noblesse, VV, and Flower of Paradise Lost.
I've always considered the dungeon with VV to be in the top 6.
Lavawalker 4pc is also really good for Lyney . Not bis, but still very viable. And 4pc paleflame is freminet’s bis for his phys version
This also depends on the constellations you have for characters. For a C6 Yelan, that Vorukasha's glow domain is by far the beat domain to sit in

You should count Maiden as BiS for healers who have low heals. Chevreuse and Yaoyao especially but it's also okay on Diona and Bennett.
Xianyun is debatable considering her role but VV is amazing simply because of Sucrose both her and kazowa need same EM and energy requirements so you can swap between them ones you pull him and Sucrose is universally valuable for reaction teams even without it hence it worth farming for both, for deep wood it’s also best for Emilie before her C2 since her bis isn’t optimal to farm
Guilded emblem noblese and vv with good pieces is enough for almost any kind of team for a decent gameplay. Add on a domain for the main dps chosen and it's good to go. Things haven't changed much since new regions

I 100% agree with your rankings. Of course you should adjust these rankings depending on the characters you build, but as a guide for a new player I think this is perfect
If Artifact loadouts become a thing it would be so easy to share a single Hunter set amongst every dps you plan on using with Furina, you could get the most cracked set and be set for life.

Cool idea, but you should probably include some kind of deduction for domains that only have 1 "wanted" artifact set. Pavilion/Flop or ToM/Pale Flame should definitely be lower, especially since the "off-set" is not used by an OP/popular character (compared to sets like Navia/Arle). Another thing I'd consider for your next version of this video is excluding most/all of the bottom of the barrel characters that nobody uses (or grant fewer points for them). Seeing characters like Aloy on some of these lists is just comical...

As others have said if you want to rank them for 'best for farming' you should find a way to penalize then ones with only one good artifact set. Maybe multiply the scores?
Furthermore it would probably also be better if you gave bonuses for viability/meta characters/builds. It's pretty ridiculous that the BiS for electro traveller gives as many points as some of the BiS sets for top meta characters. Maybe add 0-3 points per character depending on how meta-viable they are.
Im happy with my gilded cyno i spent over 2 years to perfect his stats and now he has 190 er 700 em with nahida and ballad of the fjord buffs and 50/200 ratio i dont want to change that :)
You should have told us what the artifacts effects are as well.
It really depends on what characters u have on ur account, example for no.2 is use less cuz I don’t have dendro units at all

I think 4pc thundering Fury is definitely viable on other chars who can spam their skills to do a lot of dmg like Bennett or Kazuha TF build with can abuse it pretty well and can do surprisingly well as a reaction based DPS. But yes its a very niche thing to do that people only do for fun or doing 4 star only clears with bennett fischl overload duo so i dont think it matters that much.

Remember guys that this ranking is just HIS opinion, coz every acc. has it's different perks on farming artifact domains. Like my acc. wherein I don't have Furina AND Nahida, _dun worry it's just a choice_ , so the 1st place is really not for me to grind, but I grinded a bit for deepwood for DMC to work on Yae aggrevate. And when I had Yae I just farmed and strongbox TF like a madman coz she's one of my main, then comes Emblem coz of Raiden and Yelan. And the OHC and Husk domain is pretty niche, just done it for Kokomi and Yunjin, and it's ratio of getting HB and Def. on the wrong set doesn't help. But agreed on VV domain as one of the goated artifact to farm even though maiden is just there, fulfilling our cracked offsets.
So take this ranking with a giant grain of salt, for it varies from acc. to other acc.
I liked the video even if i have a total different point of view. If the domain have only one decent artefact set and its on the strong box, there's no need to farm on it. Only if you main someone who use the other artefact. "Oh, but nobless is good" Yes, but you only need HP or attack and energy recharge on those pieces. You can easily craft those on strongbox. I have godlike pieces on Veridicent and Nobless and i got all of them from the strongbox while farming like a beatch for emblem.
It's the same with Milelith. If you dont have Eula, there's no need for you to even look at that domain hahahabhababa. Farm something else and strongbox the rest on those cracked support sets.

As a xiao main, I can say why does xiao wasn't list on the first golden troupe domain (marechausee) since he himself have a life drain mechanics like literally he can utilize it with or without furina

Feel like Clorinde is missing on the glad set as viable, i think it can work very well on her, as a Clorinde haver I use glad bc i still didn't get a better set but she performs nice.
Also, I've been farming so much this domain for Clorinde and Emilie that i noticed unfinished reverie can work on xiangling too in a burn-melt team, I use Ganyu, Emilie, Bennet and Xiangling and it works fine if you get enough ER.

You put a lot of effort there but, that's just a bait for newbies players... Your metric is just bad for the end game content. Efficienty domain = you can use both artifacts in usable characters, if the domain has only 1 really usable set like, noblesse oblige, Mililith, Viridiscent... The EFFICIENCY is you use strongbox in those artifacts while farming a double set domain like the nahida and furina set

I think a domain's value should be the average of each set value, and not their sum. MB doesn't add to VV's value, bur rather dilutes it.
Or maybe a ranking of sets by themselves, and then the domain value is based on the ranking of its constituents, any domain whose average rank is below the top half/third we slap a strongbox seal and demoted it to waypoint.

Maiden is arguably the best off-set you can get. :-X Seasoned players know that 40+CV rolls are significantly more likely on Maiden pieces so roll all 2 crit pieces accordingly...

Great video, but i don't completely agree with the way you "judge" artifact domains, since for some artifacts you'll need max 1 per team (like VV, deepwood), so if you have a few artifacts you can just interchange them between characters.
While artifacts like emblem are needed by a lot of meta characters, sometimes played in the same team, so farming them even more is better
But I still think that it's a good way to "rank" some of these domains especially for people who don't care about perfectly minmaxing all their characters
