Make sure the friends renting rooms give plenty of notice before moving out. You're young and these things change and you will need others you trust to rent to help pay the mortgage.

She’s not a full time mom. She shoved them in daycare and off to josh all the time. Full time mom has them 24/7. She gets a lot of personal time.
@@raynamaldonado1058 just because they’re in daycare don’t mean you’re a full time mom, lol. It’s so you can work, clean, provide for the house and get stuff done quicker & easier. And her and josh are separated so of course they’re going to split time with them. 🤦🏽♀️

She'll talk when the case is closed. It takes awhile if being investigated by child services. I'm sure her and Josh have had to jump through some hoops and take batter care of the kids over time to prove they are fit. Once that's done she'll make a video to generate a lot of money about what happened.

Not to be harsh or anything but the reality is now more than ever she has to film. This is her main job and she has to treat it as so because with this house comes huge financial obligations. If she slacks off on her videos her income will go down and all these new financial obligations require her to be consistent. I however have no doubt that she will be able to do it! I wish her the best of being successful in pursuing all her dreams. ☮️💟 Nana

Between having kids young, buying houses young (yes multiple), starting a business young, and rocking at it 🤘🏼not to mention still rocking it 16 years later on our 4th home, 2 great kids, and happier than ever. That “American dream” lifestyle is out there, just have to work hard for it and you are doing just that! I have had soooo many room mates as I've moved around. I would recommend a lease contract just so they give notice or fix damages. I live with my friend of 11 years and even after i gave notice and moved out they had issues. So trust no one.

@@stephaniesklenar I thought that too but then she said she wouldn’t have bought a house that expensive if it were just her so that’s what made me worry! You just never know with roommates or with youtube income so it’s a bit scary. That being said, rbis is a huge accomplishment and I’m not diminishing that at all! I could never have done that at 19 ☺️
Worse case she can still rent to other roommates and yeah she has to have the income to afford the whole house already it's just probably a bit steep with 2 kids and school to pay for. Also buying a slightly bigger house and renting some rooms out to roommates to keep your own expensive low is a type of real estate strategy called house hacking.

Her and Josh were reported by the daycare to child services. Its most likely multiple things. Possibly kids often dirty as she clearly for years puts them to bed in dirty clothes they wore all day, the video about twins drinking a bottle of medicine while she was sleeping and the issue often seen of her not buckling twins in their car seats correctly. There's probably others so when the case is closed she will do a video on it.
