It's actually probably the best thing to do is understand what the side will say and how they coumter your points. You'll only strengthen your debate skills by doing so.

Destiny still needs more depth in his understanding of the Red-pill. I can tell he doesn’t completely understand the position. Myron would bust him specifically in regards to female psychology and also in regards to evolutionary biology and how man and women have had to play their roles to survive for thousands of years.

I was sexually harassed in multiple instances by one of my bosses a couple years ago and she thought my lack of reciprocity was either because, (1); I hated her for no reason, or (2); because I'm gay.
When really it was because, (1); it would be weird to sleep with my boss, (2); she had a live-in boyfriend with children (not his, of course), (3); was 6 years older than me and looked like a fucking battle toad.
The only thing she had to offer was a moist hole and that may be enough for most guys, but I'd rather just "take care" of it myself if I'm particularly strung out and just knock it out and get on with my day. For dating and even hook-ups I have standards.

Late to this video, but I think Destiny has said that socioeconomic status is what constitutes value for men, and attractiveness constitutes value for women, so an attractive woman dating a rich powerful man is not hypergamy, they both got the value they were looking for in their partner.

But generally when they are looking for an LTR they(the majority of women) are often _very_ focused on financial and/or social status. They are _very_ unlikely to choose a partner who is >lower than them< in financial status and/or social status(high social status usually means potential for high financial status later in life). They're looking for and are able to find men whos financial and/or social status is higher than their physical attractiveness, both measured against their perspective groups and are often okay with having no LTR at all if they themselves are financially stable and unable to find a man who is at or above their financial and/or social status.
Meaning _many_ women are okay with being together with a less than desirable man in terms of physical attractiveness(even though that's something they put a fairly large value on in their sex life, which is a relevant part of an LTR) for resource stability and/or general protection reasons, I.E. someone that makes them feel safe in one way or another, and are much more willing than men to trade up when they get the opportunity...even when the odds that the new relationship will last is relatively small.
The difference for men is that there is virtually no attraction to financial and/or socially status in women(class might matter a little due to shared values being attractive, women are much more flexible here as well if their parter has financial and/or social status) *and* men don't tend to have issues with settling for someone who is less physically attractive than they are physically, financially and/or socially attractive as long as they're a decent person who loves them.
Also the vast vast majority of men are *never* going to completely abstain from LTRs just because they can't find a woman who is at or above their level of physical attractiveness.
Hence hypergamy is a very relevant thing for the majority men but the opposite isn't really relevant for the majority of women. Even if men had the same emotional need to date up, even if just in terms of physical attractiveness, they are _only_ able to do that when they simultaneously satisfy the womans hypergamy. But obviously since that doesn't work, it makes no sense whatsoever for men to have that emotional need evolutionary.

To be fair, a lot of women in the Western countries wouldn't need training in order to do well in debates like this: they'd need deprogramming for years to remove all the nonsensical ideas that modern feminist/woke ideology programs them with. Doing a day's worth of debate prep when the basic axioms are all fucked is like building a hut on a foundation of sand; it'll tip over at the slightest pressure.
If you want to see a woman who'd do well, check out a girl named Pearl; problem is, she's so articulate and rational that she already largely agrees with Myron's positions, because she never got indoctrinated in the first place.

I mean, its kind of self explanatory. We are talking about ideological opponents. Fresh and Fit see the girls as less then, so the girls in turn see them as less than. I would call it a defensive reaction. And there is an element of cognitive dissonance going on.
The girls are not rhetoricians like Myron is. But that element is not important to the girls. Fresh and Fit use rhetoric as a crutch, the girls are appealing to more abstract concepts like, common sense and emotion. They have different approaches to debate.
Both parties are deluded to some degree, although I think fresh & fit are more deluded. And both parties lack coherent rhetoric, as well. Fresh and fit may lean on rhetoric more, but they are pretty stupid so the effect is lost, at least in my opinion. I think you are giving fresh and fit too much credit with how 'well versed' they are in their arguments. Again, they dress it up with rhetoric, and they are fairly practiced at regurgitating dogma, but they are also inconsistent, full of contradiction, and fallacies.
So it's an even playing field, more or less.

Don't listen to Melina on the gym thing. Sure, from a girls perspective who doesn't have a hard time getting guys (or a husband here), its easy to tell guys not to hit on any girls at the gym. I will tell you one thing. Listening to this conversation about dating and all the ins and outs hurts my brain. And I cant figure out why. I don't have these issues when it comes to talking to women. I didn't before I had a girlfriend and I didn't with my current girlfriend. But man when I think about all the things that I naturally noticed when I was looking to date people it just makes me think that it must be real nice not having to take the first step in relationships. Like Destiny is 100% right about being able to hit on people anywhere but it is an insane thought when you listen to 3 different women all have different different rules on when it is and isn't ok to hit on them and they sound the same but they arent (unless they mispoke) it really is just rolling the dice. One example of this is when Pixie says she doesn't like being hit on at the gym and that people should do that only at the club. She then clarifies that she means night club stuff and not clubs (I assume she means club sports and stuff like that). Then later says guys need to go out and socialize more. And I agree men do need to socialize more but when you keep narrowing down the time that it is reasonable to something super small it makes natural conversations and interactions pretty rough to even get used to let alone make them more normal. Erin hit on that at one point which I also agreed with but if we take a look at what we are saying we are really telling men you have maybe a few hours a day that is probably on the weekends because people usually work M-F 8hours to socialize with women. Now this is before they actually know how to socialize so what really happens is people learn to socialize in a shit environment. I could just be reading to hard into it.

As a woman this topic is complicated. A lot of women have been in the position of being asked out by a guy who does not take "No" as an answer. It's really uncomfortable if not sometimes downright scary when you have to deal with these guys at your gym, club, or regular meet up. When we talk to guys, of course almost all guys will say that they always respect a "No" and they never keep pushing or crossing that boundary. However, we as women keep facing scenarios where guys keep doing this. So, our kneejerk reaction is to tell all guys not to hit on us anywhere except for very specific scenarios.
In response, guys suggest women be the ones to ask out men. I do agree that women should do more initiating and wooing. However, putting the entire responsibility of women to ask out men, doesn't solve the actual problem of the men who don't respect boundaries. All it does is put us in a more vulnerable position, because if we ask out one of these guys, instead of finding out right away that they don't respect boundaries, we will find out once we are alone. When something happens, everyone's going to say that we were asking for it, since we asked them out.
Women aren't innocent in this either.
Some women like to play hard to get and want a man to be persistent. This is so dangerous. I'm pretty sure this is exactly how a lot of date grape ended up happening. People are not mindreaders. For every woman, who wants a man to pursue her despite saying "No", there's women who truly mean it and want the guy to stop. I don't know how many men are simply playing into this dynamic versus how many of them just don't care if they harm someone or want to harm someone.
Some women claim harrassment anytime a guy they don't like tries to flirt with them. This has the consequence that women who do genuinely get harrassed aren't taken seriously, because will remember instances like this that happened to them or their friends and start being skeptical of all claims.
There's women who are opposed to women being initiators simply because they don't want to put in the effort of asking a guy out nor do they want to face rejection. They make it harder for women who are actually worried about real consequences to voice their concerns.
Like I said, it's a complicated topic. We are in a shitty dilemma, but we're all contributing to it.

I would feel a lot less comfortable to talk to anyone focused on an exercise for whatever reason than I would talking to someone at the lounge area.

I've been lifting for years and Destiny saying its weird for people to help strangers at the gym seems off to me. I've had plenty of times where I was changing weights for deadlifts and struggling and a stranger helped me out. One time I saw a dude benching without a spotter and started to lose it and the dude next to him between sets just jumped in and spotted him. Maybe its different in bigger cities or different gym cultures.

Ive done what Destiny tried to do, help friends study up on test questions the night before the final and we have a conversation, discuss some topics and they think just because i know the answers, the concepts and all the info and were able to have a converstion about they feel like that information that took weeks to digest and intergrate is somehow going to transfer to them in a few hours of conversation with someone who does. i havent seen the video but apparently they didnt do too well on the actual final.

One of the craziest things I’ve ever had to do is reject a well-dressed, 10 of a woman. Multiple reasons, non of which I need to justify, but one of the main ones was she was drunk and out with her friends.

I've had a guy in the gym help me when I was struggling mid rep, he came over to spot/motivate. It was actually really cool. It was like 10 years ago, so before all this tiktok stuff. I've never seen someone just come up and help someone take off or put plates on though. That video made me think fake/set up right away, I don't know if it actually is or not though. Just felt that way.
Honestly, basically my entire social life is at the gym. I basically talk to everyone, and have a whole bunch of friends there including the ladies at the front. I basically just don't put any stock on like the first few interactions. If I see a girl there a lot and one day she doesn't have headphones in, I'll introduce myself, get her name then leave, then next time say hi and keep saying hi until maybe after like 5 times there's an opportunity for a conversation and we get to know each other better and maybe there's an opportunity to get a number or something...but I do agree that if you just go up to a girl the first time you see her trying to get her number because she's hot, it's probably not going to work, but if you treat it like a place where you have the opportunity to see people multiple times and not put much stock into the first few interactions, you don't seem weird. You just seem social. It's especially fun when you kind of get shot down by a girl or like you can tell she thinks you're weird so you try to quickly stop talking and then immediately there's a girl you actually know pretty well and you can just ignore that first girl and talk to the other girl you know better then you're basically being like "you're the weird one, not me because it's completely fine and not awkward with this other girl". Was looking for this, lots of people chit chat at my "real" golds gym men and women. I tell people that picking up girls at the gym is looong chill game. One day you just make a funny comment or remark. Wait until next day and they are walking past you, you wave at them when you see them. after few days over a week or 2 you ask them about their workout routine, only IF they are resting or waiting and only if they are in your area of the gym ( do not go find them!)(Do not overstay, do 2-5 min then get back to your workout). Then you get to the point where you can chit chat (dont flirt) with them whenever and they know you aren't hitting on them. Then you find out if they are single and then only then like after a month or 2 you ask if they want to either hang out with your friends or get a coffee or something. And if they shoot you down you say no worries, don't runaway, you just change the subject and continue being aquaintances, catching up every now and then. Other girls see your chill and maybe you can rope another girl into your conversations and introduce the 2 girls etc.

Why is it so hard for Destiny to understand, no one says single mothers are living wonderful rockstar lives off of child support or welfare, in the demographic where men are making 4g a month a woman getting 2k or 3k worth of benefits is a good life. It's not rocket science, people that are working in low level retail making 2k or 3k a month see those women not working and collecting welfare benefits as a good living. It has also become generational making more likely that they will go that route.
They don't make that much. They get aid, sure, but the vast majority of them live below the poverty line. Even in a liberal state like California, they get on average $800-$1400 a month which isn't even half of minimum wage.
