There has been a study that put that statement to the test and it turns out that both men and women select for wealth and looks with very little difference. It actually makes a lot of sense because in the real world i have very rarely seen a couple where the girl is really poor and the guy rich. They are usually the same level of wealth with the guy heaving a bit more money. And girls and guys both want a hot partner that's universal, most of their perspectives come from living in Miami (biased sample size) or the girls they get on their show ( very biased sample size). The stat fit was referring to is a different one than the one destiny pulled up. Fit was referring to a stat that ~1/3 of men (age ~20-30ish I believe) have not had sex or maybe once in the last year, while destiny pulled up a stat of percentage of men at 21 who had had sex at all.
The reason why Myron and the other one get confident in their own delusions, is because they surround themselves with women who they usually stereotype. I am a literal NEET and I put in extremely low effort: I shower, brush my teeth, shave, and don't talk like a fucking weirdo, bare minimum shit and I'm able to see multiple women a month.
