Yeah that’s the first crossover of X-Men & SM. There is a miscommunication and the X-Men believe that Spider-Man is up to something so they try to stop and question him but they get pretty aggressive so they all tussle a little.

I definitely wouldn't pay $500 GS X-men possibly a $100. The prices are pretty high in my opinion especially the Carnage and X-men 35. Read the letter page in that #35. You'll find it hilarious. I did an upload on it.

They have sone nice books there. That's intresting in X-Men #35 Spider-Man/ X-Men crossover, a Spider-Man robot first time i've heard that of course never read the comic.
Well let me say that if the Spider-Man whose on the cover is a robot and it's throughout the entire storyline, then technically it's not the actual Spider-Man's first appearance and crossover on the X-Men title. Unless the real Spider-Man/ Peter Parker, does appear within the storyline then it is his first appearance and crossover on the X-Men title.
Can't say the same about Iron Man issue #55 1973 comic first appearance of Thanos, when "Thanos" who appears within the storyline is technically a robot and not the real Thanos character. Now my thing is about Iron Man #55 is that it's not Thanos' first appearance in Iron Man #55, even in the 1991 Marvel universe series 2 Thanos card considers his first appearance in Iron Man #55 when technically it's a robot and not the real Thanos.
I still to this day don't consider Thanos first appearance in Iron Man #55. I think Thanos' true first full appearance is in Captain Marvel issue #26 which is his first cover appearance and second appearance which continues the story of Thanos in issue #25 through #33, Thanos is not called "Thanos" in issue #25 in Captain Marvel but is called 'Masterlord', in issue #33 is Thanos' origin story.
Also in the first X-Men 2000 movie in the deleted scene shows Spider-Man walking in on the set of X-Men in a blooper. X-Men #35 could be a future spec with Spider-Man showing up in a future X-Men film.
