Had my experience taking risky move in life. Imo, getting out of comfort zone is like the bitter medicine when your life is stagnant, you need to take it from time to time. But I'm against romanticizing it. Going extreme is like taking the strongest dose, if your body condition - life condition is not capable of taking it, it will straight up killing you.
This is not for everyone. People who get on spot light to talk about these kind of adventures, were lucky and had right skills, in right condition to do it. Those who failed, died, won't be there to share that story.
I hope people look at risky decisions as a part of their life, actively integrate it into their life in balance with time spent in comfort zone. But don't look at it through rainbow glasses.
