I've always loved the idea of getting a cabinet for the purpose of playing everything from your gaming consoles. I can't see why enthusiasts and collectors would have such an issue with it.
@@eastendchewlix8885 Thanks. I have been looking at buying one for a while now but most of the videos I have seen are of people in the US and shipping costs alot been looking for someone in the UK so I don't have to pay a bomb for the shipping and because the upgrades can cost up 2-300 easy.
@@eastendchewlix8885 hi new subscriber I need this bad ruffly how much was it shipped I'm in australia I got guys that work for importing exporting so that's no dramas hope you can send me a link we're I can get 1 peace
@@cryptolord9826 thanks for the sub. I bought mine from videotronicsuk.com/chewlix-vewlix-cabinet.html. good sellers and i have had no trouble with the cab at all. You will need to consider power supply for australia. Give them a call, they are very helpful and approachable
@@cryptolord9826 forgot to say the price was £900 + VAT of 20% and £80 shipping to london UK. So all in it cost £1,160 ish all in. You will have to add in console/arcade boards, controller adapters, cables etc in your costings plus any import duties
Hi martin! The vewlix artwork is standard size and i believe fits real vewlix cabs perfectly. The size is out by about 3mm for chewlix on the marquee. The rest if the artwork fits like a glove on the chewlix. In terms of input delay, i am using universal fighting boards which replicate xbox controllers. Literally no input delay vs a normal controller. The monitor is great and no noticible lag.

I found the comment below for you - I bought mine from videotronicsuk.com/chewlix-vewlix-cabinet.html. good sellers and i have had no trouble with the cab at all.
There are two catches at the bottom on the door and two holes to receive the catches on the bottom trim of the cab. To put the door back you put the bottom catches in first, then like a hinge push the top of the door up to sit flush with the cab and then turn the key to lock in place. Its a vertical hinge like mechanism, though it is not joined to the cab. (I hope that makes at least some sense?)

I'm ordering one in the very same colour scheme. Been hesitant until I watched your video. This thing is a beauty.
Great stuff you wont be disappointed, had mine 6 months and still play it most days. Love it! Any questions ask. Thanks for the nice comment.

Yeah SFV is cool. I will do a video in future with my PC setup playing SFV so you can see how it looks.
@@eastendchewlix8885 oh that would be awesome please do I would like to see that!!!
Great video man love Vewlix 😊
Glad I bought my Taito fight stick over ten years ago for $300 new
Nice cab !,
how did you stick the stickers above and below the monitor ..?
At the moment just bodged with blue tack. It looks terrible. I just need to get round to using double sided tape.
Is the artwork standard Vewlix size? Nice vid, thanks. The fighting boards have low lag, how is the lag on that particular monitor tho?

Can the front access door be hinged? Or does it slide to lock in place?
