Yay! Lol Because I’ve been looking all over Google to find that answer, because when I first started playing the PS3 home version I never thought that those borders with the two pictures of each fighter were in the actual arcade cabinet version
Nice Project!, I am in the process of doing a Chewlix Conversion. I got a full size trackball to fit into the console. It was an effort having to cut the control panel inside to make room for it. I am making this a multi cabinet so I can play Gun games, Track Ball, Spinners, Joy stick, Flight stick and Driving games. I won't mount the steering wheel, but will make a platform with short feet or pads so I can set it over the top of control panel for playing driving games. I would video the whole thing, but have no idea what editing software to use.
I need an answer to a quick simple question lol on the arcade machine of the taito helix , when you play arcana heart 3 do the boarders of the two fighters appear on each side of the screen ? Because I have the Japanese PS3 home version which is just an arcade perfect version and the home version has the borders of the screen filled with still portraits of your fighter and the fighter you’re fighting, So I just don’t know if that’s how it actually is on the arcade cabinet as well lol
I just picked up some art for my Chewlix from SeiiSeiiSeii. Did you have your pieces laminated or what? Looks like thick plastic covering them. Appreciate any info you can provide.
He sells a kit you should get that comes with the lamination pieces as well as what’s needed to stick them. I know him personally from social media and so I will be sure to reach out to let him know that he might need to do a better job of letting peoole know.
