@@mouliknanda Cant, its written in the job contract that you cant discuss salaries, so they got the legal protection... you will just waste your money by sueing.

Also, there is clause, that company can terminate u anytime eithout reason by given 3 month compensation, so company will never fire u by stateting the reason of sallary dicussion.
Case wont even be accepted in the court.

@@lakshmidevi0123 get some more information, if you demand a 6-7L pa then govt job is good but it won't go to 20-30L with growth, but in private first 3 or maybe 4 years can be under 7L but it will surely lead to 20-30 If not with growth definitely with job changes, and now here comes nit or iit they will provide freshers some good package but not to all passed outs , ya there is surety their growth potential will be more than them recruited with less package also engineering is not last resort,there are a lot more fields

My agent or lender no one telling me that old owner didn't pay taxes. So who's this fault and if I pay this amount it would be fair for me??
