Just wanna let y’all know that when I make fun of my own weight, I’m not making fun of other peoples weight. I joke around as a coping mechanism. All typical human behavior 😀

275 IS a lot.. In what world is 275 not a lot? Lol. Seriously man, you gotta get on that.. How tall are you? Because unless you're nearly seven feet tall, that's pretty much morbid obesity. You big, son!
With your experience in quitting all kinds of drugs, losing it should be a cake walk though. You got it. Just dont rush it too quickly or your metabolism will shit out and you'll bounce right back up..

I too have packed on some poundage since I got clean. I guess us addicts have to have some kind of comfort lol. It's so good to see you I was a bit worried . I’m still grinding away. It’s amazing how long all this takes. I’ll make other update and topic videos again as well. Been busy and haven’t been feeling like I wanna make any videos lately. My advice would be to do what what I’m finally doing. Exercise and eat right. When I got off suboxone I was extremely dedicated to health and fitness. It made a huge difference in my recovery. Since getting off the Clonazepam I haven’t been doing good at all being healthy.

@@gabemccall3523 Yeah the way I see it. If we keep doing what we are doing then scientifically we are bound to be better at some point. Doesn’t feel like it, but if I look at myself from 3rd person I’ve done well and you have too man.
