Hey Matt the next time you're in San Francisco, think about taking the Pacific Coast Highway to the Redwood National Park it's a long drive almost to the border with Oregon but the roads are fantastic and you can see some of the oldest trees in the world. The performance looks like an awesome car and the drive would put its handling, and braking prowess to the test.

I came here to say this! Some of the worlds best driving roads are within an hour of San Francisco and Mat avoided them all while mocking the boring city streets he drove on. Highway 9, 17, 35 (Skyline Blvd), 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) heck even 280 is a fun drive. There are endless fun mountain roads in the area.

As someone who lives in San Francisco you guys really missed out on some amazing scenic twisty roads to film on and test the car. What’s sad is you guys were not too far away from them either but probably just didn’t know where to go.
I had the exact same thoughts. I live in marina district and am 15 mins from some epic driving roads in Marin. I’m lucky enough to have a corvette c8 and rip through the canyons all the time. You just gotta know where to go!

@carwow, FYI If you park in SF on a "hill street", you have to turn the front wheels to make an angle with the street. In case parking brake fails, the car will not "stampede" downhill but the front wheels will be blocked by walk path curb.

Last time I went to San Francisco I was confronted with closed, boarded up stores, homeless people everywhere, the smell of urine, and garbage all over, and almost stepped on a used drug needle on the sidewalk…..twice. I did not feel safe walking around. Sad to see the city in that terrible state. Perhaps it has to continue it’s fall to rock bottom, before someone, something turns things around?!?!

Matt, I know it’s a different country, but you don’t HAVE to go at the speed limit, in America you can go arouns 5-10 miles above the speed limit depending on where you are. We don’t have as many speed traps as the UK lmao.
I am an Audi owner and I live in Southern Cal and in Utah and I see TONS more RS7s in Utah then in Cali. I guess all the Cali RS7s must be up in Northern California.

While you're in the Bay Area, I'd recommend twisty roads in Woodside, CA. Some of the roads are twisty enough to never hit the speed limit
