Not quite sure what happened with the service on your flight, service standard is a full complimentary bar service (beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, juice, tea and coffee). Also should have been a choice of crisps or Nature Valley cereal bar.
I stand to be corrected but I think the days of complementary bar service in economy are behind us - mores the pity.Thanks for watching
