Why Nurses are leaving bedside??? lets get into why nurses are leaving bedside, talk about the reasons why nurses are quitting or leaving bedside. Also, I'm going to give an update on what's been going on in my life.

I do my 12hrX3 in respiratory (basically cardiopulmonary nurse) but I know everything you are saying. I plan on going to education or admin eventually.

I guess this gives nurses something to talk about… but it’s always been this way .. I’m not saying its right, but it is the conditions of the job.
