I think you might be underestimating the man-eaters. They have very flexible special rules, including vanguard which is pretty hard to get, and loadout options. For 20 points you can give the unit champion Daemon slayer scars which gives the unit terror, that's pretty nice to have

Thank you for the video! May I suggest a video with tier ranking for the different fractions against each other? Also with a quick note on what is the strengths and weaknesses for each one, and what playstyle you probably would play with that army. I have not seen that yet on RUclips, and it must be more people then me who are curious about the game and want more information before investing a small fortune for an army that might be the wrong one.

Trolls got a serious bump upwards with the new arcane journal. Re-rolling those regen saves and stupidity tests.
Great weapons always beat an additional hand weapon if you're fighting anything with armor.
A simple example - some knights (3+ armor) charge your 4 troll line, likely drop one of them, the remaining 3 attack:
With great weapons they kill 2-3
With hand weapons they kill 1

Yeah, the new arcane journal definitely bumps the trolls upwards, and with rerolling regeneration save, striking last has less significant impact and taking great weapon would be better.

No venerable Ushabti I the list, who helped mince a large unit of dwarves in my last game. Also the drawback from being undead and not able to march, is counterd by one's that can get extra move from the spell, but most importantly, can regain wounds, recovering all the wounds that the enemy did on me the previous turn helped me win them combats.

haha, we missed the venerable Ushabti, it is definitely in tier 2+.

Kroxigors hit at S7 thats meaty AF

yeah, but they are WS 3, so most of the time hitting on 4+, a minotaur is WS 4 with a high chance of rerolling 1s, minotaur can also take a great weapon and hitting str 7. Another difference is that a minotaur herd can take a magic banner as well while Kroxigor unit can't.
