I had the same question.
Retaining wall (foundation + basement) ചെയ്തിട്ട്, അതിന് മീതെ Precast C.W ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആകും നല്ലത് എന്ന് ചിലരിൽ നിന്നും അഭിപ്രായം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. Sounds right.
Would be great to get an advise from others here as well.
