I love the power shoulders too 😍🐍
And even though I knew you'd managed to cut out the pieces just fine, I was a little nervous for the silk cutting!

Holy crap, that's Commitment, using your iron when it's that hot! Super worth it, I think -- the finished result is handsome and gorgeous and frankly stunning 😍

HA! Thank you for understanding my ironing SACRAFICE hahaha. My Partner thought I was crazy but I was on a roll and just wanted to get it finished hahah. (And thank you for the lovely compliment as well!)

😀 Your projects make me happy! This is so creative and cool.
It sort of gives me Jaskier vibes. I love how subtly frilly and fancy his costumes are in the Witcher TV show. Like I want all of his clothes.

It's amazing how much the decisions you make in a project can feel so important and be so meaningful, both in the process and in the finished garment. It changes the whole experience from being one of construction to one of art. (My feeling of my experience, anyway.)

I love the little kitty meow of worry when you went to snip the silk. I could feel the tension!
Also, why do I need to now make a historically inspired Hufflepuff outfit? Hmm. I didn't need another project idea, but thanks for the idea anyway! ❤️

I hope you have enough silk for piping! That would look great!

I love this project and the stitching is very peaceful. I think the shoulders are fantastic and I love the pattern of the insertion lace that you ended up with. It fits you amazingly well and I think it will suit you well to hem it if you decide to do so. Love the gender mashup element of the styling! Stay queer and keep making stuff!! 🌈 💜
