Very cool Sam ! you deserve all the accolades you're receiving lately. Paul knows major talent when he hears it. Been watching and listening to you for 3 years or so and it has been a pleasure watching you become a monster player. Thanks for all your kind words on my stuff over the years and good luck in all your musical endeavors to come.

paul gilbert sort of looks like rocky balboa all amazed by tommy gun when in the end he could beat the guy even injured. such a humble man...

the irony of your statement is Tommy "gun" or Tommy "the duke" as he was actually known would've thumped
the living shit out of Stallone with one left hook effortlessly.that's tv for you,Hollywood bullshit is confused as
"reality" all the time when in truth most Hollywood superstars are not infallible

One of the coolest videos I've ever seen. I'd previously heard a bit about and from Sam, and a whole lot about and from Paul. ; ] It's great to see Paul in this environment and role. I'd never known that Paul was the organizational force behind The Great Guitar Escape until I very recently heard him talking about it in an interview. Nice.

Paul is such a likable guy and very humble with his own status. He has not bought into his own greatness which is something that they can't teach you as a musician. Great video, can't wait for the solo CD. Keep us updated.

Remember that Paul himself invited him to his Guitar Escape after being so impressed by Sam's incredible talent. I had a chance to see him play live quite a few times at Paul's Guitar Escape, and Sam is everything that Paul said, and more!!! He does have an amaaazing future ahead of him, without a doubt!! Plus hes a cool, down to earth guy and had a blast drinking with him every night!!
