There is a nutrient loss when you cook or steam the vegetables or sprouts. Hence try to have raw vegetables and sprouts in your salads.
✳ *Peanut Curd Recipe* ✳ 1/2 cup peanuts 1/4 cup brown rice 6 cups water *Soak peanuts and brown rice separately at night. Grind peanuts with 4 cups of water and strain. Similatly make brown rice milk using remaining 2 cups of water. Keep the peanuts milk for heating stirring continuously. When it starts boiling add brown rice milk to it. Stir continuously.* *Let the mixture of milk boil for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the gas.* *Let it be cool. Add 1-2 tsp of vegan curd... Or 7-8 tops/crowns of red/green chillies when it is lukewarm.* *Mix it thoroughly.* *Keep covered overnight or about 10-12 hours.* *If making it for the first time then add regular curds made from cow/buffallo milk ( only once ).*

Very nice salad . Please can you let me know how to make masoor sprouts at home .I tried with whole brown masoor it never sprouted .Methi and masoor sprouts do we steam or raw. Evening 7.20 pm session how to watch .I was not able to find it live in facebook Thanks
Methi and masoor sprouts to be used raw. The method that I use for sprouting is - Soak whole masoor overnight or about 8 hours. After 8 hours, drain the water and wash masoor well. Drain again. Spread thém in a flat container and cover it with slightly wet cloth and then a lid. Keep this container in a warm place. After 10-12 hours, sprinkle little water and again keep covered with cloth and the lid for next 12 hours. You will get nice long sprouts!

You can take steamed sprouts and salads as well
Pl avoid steaming vegetables and sprouts if you are not having any digestive issues. There is a nutrient loss when you steam them.
