In cash counter fellows tell approximate time to cook. For ex,if u order one piece of smokey red leg cooking machine will take 22 minutes,and all other items minimum 12 min only for cooking. My mom and me were waiting for nearly 20 minutes in the billing counter, inspite of the deserted counter none of the KFC staff bothered to bill or asked her requirement’s ,few ladies walked in and the order taker walked towards them!, Another staff named Athul, what I could read from his tag informed the ladies bill will be given later and the other staff took order, still my mom is waiting with me and nobody bothered to attend or ask ,in spite of her asking the staff that she was waiting for long ..the staff was not courteous and even not bothered .. I started to cry and my mummy was forced to leave humiliated… bad experience didn’t expect from KFC Oberon Mall in Kochi!!!...... Damn!
