Excellent video, the discipline you have to setup the time lapse pays off big time. Very nice job using the angle grinders with slim cut off wheels. Brutal dusty work!!!!!
I have been following along with your work on your container house for several years now, and I'm always impressed by how well you guys work together and that you're doing almost everything yourselves. Bravo 👏 👏 ❤
This is gorgeous and so is the scenery. I think the best part is you are in metal so at least if there is a forest fire you won’t immediately burn up like a trad house would.❤

The videos are amazing I love the journey I've been following for years you all are a huge inspiration keep on keeping on I can't wait to start the off grid journey for my family it's so exciting and you all push me harder and show anything is possible love you guys
Great I applaud your hard work 😓and great efforts! Job well done! Ignore ALL the lazy people who are afraid to work! They’re afraid to extend themselves! You should not try maintain friendships with lazy people! The only way to grow is to surround yourself with successful hard-working people! not people who are lazy watch TV all day long and do nothing but complain about all the people who working their butts off! I’ve been working since I was 17 years old, like me! and I’m now very old. I have a lot of great experience and a lot of great knowledge and wisdom that could only be obtained from working not sitting at a desk but from doing physical labor, that’s how you learn. Keep learning new trades and keep growing. The more you know the better off you’ll be love your hard work and great success and not giving up.! or give up and never give into the naysayers they are selfish lazy people!
I hope you eventually take all your videos of your build on your house and put them all together and make one big long video that would be cool when y’all are done. I love y’alls Channel and you are super awesome people.
Nice to have a review, good to refer friends to see as a catch all video, ignore the neg comments, they're jealous of your achievements. That thumbnail.... DANG priceless ! When's Valliant's turn and the Peanut's ?
Would it be possible to get a ballpark cost of materials and equipment rentals...used to create your beautiful home? We all know prices vary from one location to another but, any guesstimate would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.😊
Im a new viewer. Im also a retired industrial sheet metal worker. Im curious where you learned to weld or did you start on this project? Pretty ambitious and a cool project. @PacificPinesRanch
It's good you didn't cut out and reinforce before you put them on permanent blocks , cause it could weaken container and slight bend the container..then you'll have to work on getting is square again

Thank you!! It has pros and cons like everything in life. Pros: stronger/more durable than stick built homes, fire/bug proof, weather resistant, etc.... Cons: time consuming, etc... In comparison, the cost to build with this design and size will end up being much cheaper than a stick built home the same size and design, but mainly because we did everything ourselves and we did a lot of creative material sourcing. I will do a more in depth video about this topic in the future. :)
It really looks amazing & very unique . It would be interesting to know how deep the main concrete supports are ? , it's a marvellous design , however will all due respect it looks quite precarious , ie heavy prolonged rain fall & other external effects softening the ground ,perhaps the supports are driven down twenty metres or more ? , it's rather fundamental to say the least , ground conditions , battering ,depth ,imposed loads water levels , competence capability of the contractor etc , there are so may variables that could possibly raise future concern , everything is based on those supports , I'm sure that you have done the math time & time again , it's just the drone footage portrays the bigger picture on just how much land has been excavated , it's huge , I would probably tar mac all the excavated ground area to prevent any water ground ingress & very high focus on water drainage , I'm sure that it's all 100% fail safe & it looks fantastic & I love the design & more power to you .
@@PacificPinesRanch I love watching your journey. We’ll be self building a steel frame kit home, but want to build a container home for my mom on our property… watching you is incredibly inspiring
hey, I hope you're both doing well, where did you get the basic knowledge for welding work? You can read everything up but you need a master for the first jobs. I attended a 5-day training course to learn how to weld and how to handle the hardware :) btw great work you do
Now my review for you is a thumbs down for the simple fact again most of your videos have been on advertising the products that you were using throughout the whole entire video rather than building the property up that you’re doing we understand that this is how you make your money and that Your sponsorship is important. That’s understandable but to this video you wanna show us all over again not thinking that we’ve already watched these videos where you cut open the openings and reinforce the openings and how you did it and when you did it and why you did it we don’t wanna see that all over again if you’re running out of stuff too, show us just video doing what you’re doing then video and show us something. New stop showing us old stuff down.
I’ve never showed the entire process in one video. Also, this video is great for all of our newer viewers who haven’t seen this yet. We are currently working on several things at once, and building, filming, and editing takes time. Sometimes weeks of time. I’m constantly putting out new content for you all to enjoy and I particularly try to make the sponsored videos entertaining to watch as well. As I mentioned before, the sponsored videos are how I keep our content free to watch and how we make a living. If you’d like to stop seeing sponsored posts, you can donate to support our channel through the “thanks” tab. I appreciate the feedback and I will take what you said into consideration, but also try to understand I have to think about how to maintain and grow our channel and also manage our build at the same time.
@@PacificPinesRanch, I think that was their point. What is the space level with garage going to be used for? Does it connect to the 2nd floor internally?
You will see with time! It is accessed through the first level but not internally.
