    ABOUT THE INTERMEDIATE PATHWAY
Improve your surfing with a structured follow-along program for intermediate surfers to break bad habits and to help you master the fundamentals, from how to catch a wave, how to pop up better, generate speed, develop a neutral stance, tap into the power sources, start building flow, style and develop your cutbacks. The program includes twelve sessions breaking down everything you need. You can either follow along or go at your own pace and join all other surfers on the same course, ask each other questions and share your success stories. At the end of every month, we go live with a feedback webinar where we answer your questions and review your footage.

Some constructive criticism...Take a surf stance, instead of coffee cup use a flat hand or a hitchhiker's thumb to point and direct you to where you intend to go..Coffee cup is the wrong rotator cuff position, TRY both feel the balance difference... You could say balance a coffee cup on the back of your hand, rotator cuff position affects your back, and balance....

I found similar transferable benefits using my Indo board (with roller) on a stone tile floor. Took me 4 months of using the inflatable cushion before I was ready to try the roller. Used it for 4 more months before having my first surf (in Cornwall) and I lwas able to find the feeling in the water. Really helped.

Yeah boi! I additionally found that a small tight pump track is great for squaring up to the front, realising you generate speed compressing off the back of bumps and letting the board take a high line round a berm means your arse or head is low.
    Nice terse vid boyos

There is something in sports science training called the Principle of Specificity, perhaps the most important of all the training Principles. And it says that the more specific and similar to the actual sport your training is, the better it will transfer and interference will occur if this Principles is not taken into consideration. So the same is true here, if surfskate training is not similar to what we do in the water, it will hardly transfer. And one issue I find with surfskate is that to turn a surfskate one must out weight in the front foot while in surfing it is the opposite, so how could this possibly transfer to surfing?

I don't understand what any of this intrinsically has to do with surf skating. This method of generating speed (extension/compression) is just bowl/transition skating on a normal skateboard.
