The Best Classic and Vintage car racing at 2023 Historic Winton

  • Historic Winton is Australia's largest and most popular all-historic motor race meeting. There is non-stop racing featuring over 400 historic racing cars and motorbikes from the 1920s to the 1980s as well as a huge array of veteran, vintage, rare and unusual vehicles on display. This year the event celebrated it's 46th running. One of highlights is the Group N (Group NC, Group NB). Nb Production Touring Cars (Pre-1965)
    includes Morris Mini Cooper S and Saloon cars such as the Holden Torana GTR XU1 and Ford Cortina.
    Group S (sports cars) and Q Racing & Sports Racing Cars (1970-1977) and
    R Sports and Racing Cars 1978 - 1987 also provided a lot of track entertainment. In addition to all the racing the variety of the cars in the classic car park is world class. Many people going to a lot of effort to drive from Melbourne or beyond. MG, Riley, Austin Healey, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes Benz, Datsun, Triumph, Sunbeam and more are all represented.     Thank you for this video! I was there as well but you're right, the weather wasn't the best but that didn't stop the competition to be anything less than other years if not better!

    Good work on the video mate, there wasn't much to look at after the event last year yet somehow I missed yours.
    I was entered in Regularity 2 which you didn't show but I forgive you.....
    I only got to race on Sunday in the miserable cold wet conditions after spending all day Saturday trying to diagnose what turned out to be a faulty condensor.
    Gave it heaps on Sunday though to make up for it :)
