    Phil I like how you use the snow foam as an element for the contact wash to add lubricity. It’s smart and efficient Vs just rinsing off. The UK detailers all rinse off the foam and it makes me mental. Another great instructional video. I’m thinking of taking a road trip and having you detail my car . Perhaps a one step polish and CSL and Exo. My interior is pristine.

      @@MirandaDetailing I would have to work it around dialysis. Probably a mid week if you can work it in . I’m long overdue for a road trip. This would be a good time bc the cooler temps driving north would mitigate bug guts. Of course you can feature my beautiful G37 coupe in Lapis blue on your channel🥴

    Well this answers questions I had sort of. I'm still wondering what polish is best before doing a real Ceramic coating like Armor Shield IX, or DPC Titanium Ceramic line that Scott just started out this year with

      Hi. So petty much all of our recent ceramic coating videos we now use Dr Beasleys NSP primer polishes. They are awesome.

    Doing those steps are important to get the surface clean from any dealer spray wax or other road film

    Hi Phil, what about headlights? I hear now that detailers are ceramic coating headlights?

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  2 года назад +5

      Hi. Oh yeah we have always used the same coating that we use on the paint on the headlights also. However in our climate down here nothing helps to stops the heat and sun from damaging the plastic headlights over time. I even checked into PPF companies and they can’t warranty PPF on headlights down here. Only in areas where the heat and sun isn’t so intense.

    Hi Phil, I am a fan of your APC pre rinse method, using the IK Foam Pro 12. I have a product maintenance question. You probably use it alot. Just wondering if you leave APC 4:1 in it for long periods of time, or do you empty and flush it clean after each use? Asking because I value your experience. Thanks for the great content!

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  2 года назад +1

      Hi. Thanks man. I haven’t cleaned the IK foamer out like that yet. We use it so often I just refill and keep going. I have replaced the foam tip once since I bought it about 6 months ago. That’s about it.

    Another excellent video! I always enjoyed watching and learning car detailing from your channel! I have a question about your tire cleaning method. I did noticed you used two different turtle wax products on the tires. Can you please provide the names of the two products and the reason on why use two instead of just one? What's your rationale? Thanks!

    • @MirandaDetailing
      @MirandaDetailing  2 года назад +1

      Hi. Thanks. The two TW products I used are though both design for wheels but the hyper foam is a high ph cleaner and works great on tires also so I used it on tires. The other is an iron decon wheel cleaner made just for wheels so I used it on the wheels.
