EDIT: 12:20 Apparently they're dandelion seeds. I genuinely thought that they were cattails. The brown part just looked like a cattail to me, and I assumed that the white "fluff" was just the inside of the plant. Ah well. Hopefully you guys can forgive me for that mistake 😅
Never!
@@colossusqw3632 It's one of my favorites!
@ MichaelDYarbrough 😭😂
Watch and talk about the enchiridion, it’s one of my favorites
Honestly, I'd say the actual scariest episode would be The Creeps
"than what the hell is she? A demon? Monster? Is she British?" I'll be honest this made me laugh more than it should
Glad that my dumb jokes can make you smile! 😂
the brits are the scary ones
Bro💀 “is she British”
Is it just me or is it kinda adorable when the blank eyed girl popped her tongue out a bit before she licked jake.
i remember when i saw this , the first time it aired on TV , it was weird like the girls were just standing there, they were not threatening ,they did nothing but being creepy, and the ending was just very confusing.
I'm pregnant with your baby Kolden
if you want a really creepy episode, “another way” is one that comes to mind. those clown nurses still haunt me.
THERE'S NO OTHER WAY
Egress tho 😮
IT'S - THE - ONLY - WAAAAAYYYYY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAA 🤡🤡🤡
I’m surprise John Wayne gacy didn’t cameo in that episode
The creepiest part of the "Blank-Eyed Girl" would, I think at the end, they take off their eyes and everything else and become ghost-like opaque creatures which scared me the most in that episode. Also, talk about their bodies when they take off everything, that really disturbed me a lot.
Starchy is crazy and he shouldn't have married a lady on the rebound anyway. How long was Cherry Cream Soda in mourning before he said let's get ✨️MARRIED✨️
Starchy always gave me some bad vibes. I wouldn’t say he’s a bad person per se, but I didn’t trust him
Starchy is just one of a few in the Candy Kingdom who has dangerous paranoia, although sometimes these dudes are right considering their Kingdom
I'm glad cherry cream soda got back together with dirt beer guy
I think the deer ep is more body horror like a slasher and the blank eyed girl is more on the terror and creepy just like japanese ghosts
And another way episode is like a IT/John Wayne gacy
When I was a kid the jiggler episode really freaked me out, in a sad way. Even though the jiggler got reunited with his mom at the end, it was heartbreaking to see Finn and Jake try their bests to desperately save this adorable creature as it rapidly deteriorated over the course of the episode. Also was quite disturbed by monster princess, I vividly remember being freaked out by the Cartoon Network trailer where all the princesses were missing body pieces lol
YO I got so scared of the mum when she starts freaking out because the kid didn't smell like her, and she starts making this loud noise and getting all spiky and multicoloured
I didn't need all that sensory overload at like 9 years old
Tbh an episode that really freaked me out was the horse episode. I know it ends up just being ice king but it was still creepy how it’s lifeless eyes just watched Finn and Jake.
Also, I think that when the creatures…dissipate, they look like dandelion seeds more than cattails, but that’s just me 🤔
Omg same Bru the eyes creeped me out as a kid
Thanks for reminding me about this 😭 I came from the deer video and to this bc I remember this figure and the deer scared me. The horse touches on my big dudes in horse masks / horses with human bodies fear from an anime my cousin made us watch when we were kids.
I have a fear of eyes where you can see the whites all the way around and I have a hard time explaining it to people 😅 so yeah I agree with you
@@JustineAshton stopppp I agree with this 😭 I accidentally did this to a sim I was making and it made them so scary. not sure how to explain it as well 🫠
An important aspect of Finn’s fear despite having met so many monstrous creatures is the fact that he has some reference/idea of what he is dealing with. The Lich : All Consuming Evil but has been beaten before. Abadeer: Just Marcelines dad. He really fears the unknown which is a majority of where many of our innate fears lie as people, his first fear he ever has to overcome is the Ocean which is usually stemmed from not knowing what is below the surface of the water.
The episode is so close to the story of the invention of the BEC. The story was made up by a youtuber and people ran like hell with it. It got so bad that when he admitted it was made up his viewers and the paranormal community went against him. Blameitonjorge did a video on it interviewing the guy.
What’s a BEC?
@@animan4498i think he means blank eyed children
@@reymorr9429 actually, it’s Black Eyed Children. They changed it for the show.
What’s the name of the video?
When the blank eyed girl episode came out I was just getting into spooky stories and learned about Black Eyed Children so the timing of the episode left me scared shitless
i always thought this episode was based off the Black eyed kids thing where kids would show up at your door, knock on your window, car wearing clothes not appropriate to the weather and ask to be let in or to use a phone to call home. and you would have to be the one to grant them access to your home or else they couldn't come in. and how when seeing their black eyes you'd be put into a trance like state to let them in.
Those are dandelion seeds, not cattails.
I'm sorry!!! I really believed that they were cattails and the white part was just their seeds. Honest mistake!
Crunch
I'd like to say how much I like this content, it combines my favorite show and my kind of comedy, I audibly chuckled a few times during this.
Happy to hear that my dumb jokes can make you chuckle! 💙
Sucking down a fat cone, was hilarious
What about the one with the kidnapping gnomes that try to enslave Finn as a power generator?
It’s a different type of disturbing, but it is still disturbing.
What episode
@@aleckcain4142Power Animal
your videos have inspired me to go back and watch Adventure Time in order from the beginning!
same
That's awesome to hear! Hope you enjoy your watch! 💙
Where do you watch it from because I’ve been looking for it for years now?
@@jeremmyyy5421 Google bruh
4:49
Assuming this myth is based on the black eyed kids myth apparently when they show up they fill the person with an insane amount of dread and fear for no reason no matter what
So it could just be a reference to the original
Mother Nature basically decided to prank the locals of ooo😂
Don't blame Cherry Cream Soda. I mean, look at her! She's a *cherry cream soda*
I kinda love how different Adventure Time episodes can be from one another because different people write each episode, yet each one makes you think in a unique way
this is one of my favorite episodes i’m so glad there’s a video covering it
Another creepy episode is when ice king becomes a fake horse😂
_The Eyes._ One of the best.
Yes The eyes
Expect ice king isn’t in this episode
"The Creeps" would be a good episode to cover.
I saw this episode when I was rewatching it a few years ago.
I really do think people should've talked about this more. But I also wanna have my take on it.
the blank eye'd girl thing I thought it was just a normal routine between finn and jake. later they're gonna arrest the blank eye'd girl after shes renowned as real.
but no thats not it.
and when more just come and come it really freaks me out more and it was pretty out of the ordinary for an adventure time episode at my age. the fact they just come by the sound of music and more come and then they stop. and it could've attracted more. and when they reveal them selves as literal dandelion seeds (i didnt know until now and assumed it as just physicaly entities)
it surprised me and really gave me chills and just theories overall. like, why were they dressed like that? why were they from kingdom to kingdom as an urban legend? and other stuff. either way it really scared me a few years ago.
8:20
I don't think the police (the banana guards) would be to helpful
I like how Turtle Princess' phone looks like a book.
The Creeps is the adventure time episode that still haunts me to this day, it's a nightmare... it would be nice if you could talk about it!
This episode was funny af and it gets funnier everytime i watch it
Still think in my opinion the fruit witches are scarier despite my massive crush on them
The "cat tail thingies" are acyally what propablly meant to be dandelion seed, so the message of the episode is "you can't trust what someone says untill you see and examine it, but you can't always trust your eyes"²
The final of Centaur world season 1.
Theres plenty of build up during the season, but the final takes it to a whole new level, it goes from Care Bears and rainbows to claustrophobic horror very quickly
Omg or how the nowhere king came to be
@@ThatCyptidJuno exactly. The show caught me off guard even though I was waiting for some big dark reveal.
My word did it not disappoint 😂
Sorry for my English in advance. I don't know why nobody is talking about the episode of Ricardio but the second part. This episode really pissed me off. The fact that he uses the Ice King's parts and entrails to create a human body for himself, all for the purpose of forcing Princess Bubblegum to marry him. The fact that he hurts the unicorn while she is pregnant, he literally crushes her stomac, poor thing. The fact that the princess finally gave in and took off her clothes to fight Ricardio, the look he got, it was like he expected her to offer him her body. All these facts really made me feel uncomfortable. 😭
He rlly doesn't like the deer
I don't blame him
Fingers
There is this one creepy Ok-ko episode where Ko realizes that he’s living in a cartoon. I don’t remember what the episode was called and it’s not like I can look. It’s more sad than creepy.
Isn't that the finale?
@@wackussbunguss744 no it’s a different episode the finale is called “thank you for watching the show” or something like that
@@User-d6l6t It’s called “Your world is an illusion” I believe
Loved ittttt keep doing what you’re doing bro I truly love your content
I remember a weird episode from Gumball called "The Joy" perhaps talk about this one x)
Oof @12:06 As a fellow denizen of "deer country" : Can Confirm. Even the not-so-major highways end up looking like *~redrum~* scenes thanks to big rigs o.0
Sometimes, the Adventure Time teams just feels the need to invent a completely random episode without any explanation just to freak the fuck out of everyone
Zero my man, great numbers…I’m so proud of you
I really hope you can get some snowball effect so people can see your impressive catalog.
Needa Google Dandelion seeds.
They do look like cattails here but nah, they're the seeds of dandelions like those puffball flower things you blow on and they spread all over.
I feel like such an idiot. I genuinely thought that they were cattails.
The Bee episode is one of the most whacky and weird episodes of adventure time. I wouldn't be surprised, if someone from "Uncle Grandpa" came in and made some suggestions.
The litch was the creepiest thing in adventure time. Bro looks like he came out of a German fairy tail 💀
The dinner party episode scared the crap out of me as a kid. I didn't finish that episode on my first watch. Shoko's ghostly form haunted me for a bit. Finn's mind vault idea is something I use to this day
Finn and Jake were stalked by some wild glizzies
Return the Slaaab or face my Terrible Curse.....
-courage a not so brave dog
There is an episode of Star vs Forces of Evil where she slowly transforms into a moth. It genuinely freaked me out
those are definitely dandelion seeds.
😅 I truly thought that they were just cattails and the white "fluff" was just the cattail seeds. Hope you can forgive me for that!
This episode gave me nightmares.
I remember this episode it never creeped me out or made me as uncomfy as the deer one.
that one episode were fin gets possessed by a fly was a wild one...
I really like analyzing these kind of episodes. Would like to see more. Keep up the good work mate
12:45 we call those bullrushes in Ireland and make St Brigit crosses out off the stems in primary school does anyone else call them that
Solid video, my guy. They're a few more WILD episodes of AT I'd recommend to cover but if you're up for some more creepy dear content PLEASE talk about the Regular Show episode, Camping Can Be Cool. You won't regret it. I promise!
I recently finished the entire series and now I’m looking for adventure time videos for explanation bc omg some episodes are crazy
Adventure time has the weirdest episodes man
Definitely!
Bruh those nightcrawlers just look like a dude with sweatpants pulled over his shoulders
one of my fav episodes. it’s so comforting to me lol
I'd love to have a harem of Blank-Eyed Girls.
They remind me of tube socks.
Finally someone recognises how scary this is, this episode messed me up I was crying as a kid at the TV because of THIS episode
Zombie slumber party 1 and 2
Am I crazy or is the original video of that white two-legged cryptid so obviously someone wearing a white sheet with normal sized legs.
are you forgetting about finn liking tofu human
Starchy's late night show is a reference to the radio show Coast to Coast with George Nori and / or Art Bell. A long-running radio show airing at 2 am. It was a platform for a wide variety of paranormal/ alien/ cryptids/ new age and other conspiracy theories.
11:41 now this video is very intresting but since this is the internet and i can find morbid things funny through the fact that i have had a lot of family deaths. i shall interpret this as i see fit * pulls over a piano, starts playing * making my way down town, walking fast, faces pass and im home bound~
Oh, the deer was unsettling... But wasn't the scariest part of the episode "No one can hear you". That was the stillness, the uncertainty, everyone mysteriously vanishing and the nly person around clearly delusional. The deer was merely the agent of this.
DUDE THE ONE TIME I DECIDED TO WATCH A SPOOKY RUclips VIDEO AT NIGHT, ITS ABOUT AN URBAN LEGEND IN MY VERY TOWN
It is Saturday my dudes
2:40 it may also remind you of the grudge, same type of spirit but more similar in appearance
This episode was terrifying to me as a kid, i think because the way they just silently appear the next frame the camera looks back into, chikd me was deadly afraid of things silently appearing ig, i remember specially the scene qhere Finn reaches down for his pen scared me worse than any jumpscare in Fnaf ever had, probably because both the "silent appearing" and also the fact they seemingly appeared inside their home with no warning or anything was like they could invade that safe place they had to hide in and i put myself in their shoes and it was terrifying
I love the twist that they ar ejust.. unexplained things, like the show gets you making you thibk they are just oranksters and then they slowly take off more and more untik they are jsut a barely describable thing and they then just... fade off into dandelions??? it felt truly alien and beyond this dimension, the whole episode feels like a love letter to cryptid stuff and spooky ghost shows
The blank-eyed girl made her first appearance in 1998’s Mulan as a doll
lmfao thanks for reminding me about the teeth creatures in my backyard at night its why we all got guns here
12:50 ??? Those are dandelions seeds
Honest mistake! I thought that they were cattails and the white fluff was just the cattail seeds.
You know it's interesting how adventure time introduce a lot of buddhism beliefs
13:55 it’s the fingers and eyes I don’t like how he’s looking at me 😭
if you're planning on covering more AT episodes, i'd love a video on hall of egress!!
This episode actually scared me
I'm new here but personally i really wish someone did a breakdown on an adventure time episode called "Graybles 1000+" it dosen't fit into the theme of scary or creepy but it's one of my favorite episodes and i haven't found any breakdown videos on it
Could be based on the real case of black eyed children
fr tho this ep made me so incredibly scared after seeing it 4 the first time lmao
This episode is the one that scared me as a child. But at the same time the ending made me move on from somewhat being scared of ghosts. It somehow send some kind of message to the kid me, like ghosts are spirit that just wanted to be free and mean no harm or smt... idk man the kid me is weird.
They way jake act when she lickes his hand is crazy
I feel like the reason Finn had a fear of the girls was because compared to everything else he has faced had a meaning and objective. The blank eyed girls are that ominous no one knows what they want but to follow and stare. Do they want to cause trouble? Is their presence a cry for help? And with them being young girls (or whatever their manifestation is) Finn can't find a way to be upfront with them and be confrontational like any other character.
They look more like dandelion seeds
Do the masquerade party episode next
6:14- I think the cream is from old British folklore, and is said to intoxicate the fairies like alcohol does for humans.
I don't know as far as like. Freaky or scary adventure time episodes go I would have the same.
Is finn's surprise birthday party Where the ghost version of his past self Shows up Around the end of the episode Then Finn was found by everyone. And he's like, well, that was such a crazy trick You pulled on me Including the ghostpart And they would like to we never did a ghostpart
TP's phone being a little book to research something in a place dedicated to it
With the bit at the end I think they might be dandelion seeds!
With starchy’s theory on the ghost girls deaths maybe they were killed by the deer
I remember this episode and i always found it scary idk 😭
I remember that one of my friends say that they where kinda bad
To this day i dont know how to feel about it
I don't know what they could be, but my personal theory has always been that the girls merely wanted to play with Finn and Jake but due to being weird things didn't know how to act or communicate with them
Haha, new sub 💪💪👍 good stuff
Ayo Imma need to ask Jake to teach me his Clarinet skills
Jakes birthday party
The deer gave me nightmares
One of the episodes that creeped me out was with the horse in the episode "The Eyes".
the episode/episodes specifically with the royal tart toter were weird
