- Whether you watch on a Monday or any other day of the week, spend a few minutes with me as I make a small piece of art and practice mindfulness and being present in the moment. Each video in this series will be somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes long. I will not be talking but there will be some quiet music to also help set the scene. In this episode, I use metallic watercolours and make gentle, sweeping strokes but just enjoy watching the watercolours do their own thing. Hope you enjoy.

Mesmerizing. I got immersed in watching the metallic flakes swirling in your water dish as well as the painting. I was reading about the concept of Enso circles in Japanese calligraphy last night and your mindful practice reminds me of the concept. Anyway, I chose to create an Enso circle this morning and it was so satisfying Imay try it again tomorrow.
