The whole massage the muscles that hurt when you press on them just changed my world! I usually just try and massage what feels good for a little relief but it does nothing. 5 min of massaging what hurt and my whole head feels lighter and feels like my posture improved.

Yuppp I learned this is gymnastics.. just literally work the body until it works how you want it to.. it’s like a weird soft muscles machine like there are little hacks to certain body parts like getting an old computer to turn on by pressing power 3x instead of once because it’s broken somehow.. it’s like the same ish.. there’s so many things you can do .. just gotta try.

This man literally has the same condition I have. So glad I found this video bc I have bad range of motion on my right hip and tested both sartorius muscles on each leg and found out the my right sartorius muscle was really tight and sensitive.
So I went on to massage it to loosen the tension and afterwards I’ve been experiencing small pops and movement on my right hip which increased my range of motion day by day.

I did this to myself "accidentally" by finding out that i walk with my feet like a duck, turned outward, and then trying twisting them inwards going really hard at a wheel pose. Twisting in my feet lead to my hip sockets not being in a "stuck position" and something just bursted free with the most satisfying 5-6 subsequent monster cracks. I can now for the first time in ages use my hips which I realize are utilized in so many body positions. Stick to ballet dancer in 30 sec. Didn't know what I had done though so I really hoped Beau had hammered out the same result on someone else so I could listen to his explanation.

@@300zxdriver Out of curiosity, any basis for saying that? I don't have any particular expertise in medicine, etc., though I'm well aware of the BS surrounding the original chiropractic model. From unfortunate experience with things like pinched nerves, muscle cramps, and joint injuries, it would seem logical that in certain circumstances one could reduce pain and stiffness through mechanical adjustment.
I developed chronic shoulder issues after multiple dislocations. A combination of PT and changing many of my posture and motion habits cleared up the pain almost entirely and seems to have mostly stabilized the joint. It used to hurt every day, regardless, and now it only hurts if I put too much stress on it for a long period of time--also, the joint no longer subluxes nearly as easily as it did, nor have I had an actual dislocation since. I haven't done PT regularly in years, leaving the change in movement and posture the thing that cleared up these issues--a fact confirmed for me because I can still sublux my shoulder by standing and holding my arm in the right way and relaxing every muscle surrounding the joint.
Although not identical, it seems as though what these guys do could or does work according to similar principles.
      Cheers.

Your talking about rewiring when what they do is placebo you into focusing on one task. You specifically mention that you had a tear but no injury this is because of a very painful event in your life that while you may have grieved outwardly you may not have grieved inwardly as well.

I've always had a curve on my pinkie - since birth. Our bodies don't change shape that quickly. It's usually through the evolution of our bodies passed down through generations of descendants or at the shortest, over the period of a lifetime lols.

@@williambrown7437 I've actually been hammered and cracked by Dr. Hightower. He is actually very well educated and a true master of what he does. Do some research on him before you start knocking him. He's fixed me on multiple occasions. It's not a placebo effect. He works on the highest level of athletes. World class powerlifters, bodybuilders, UFC fighters, in addition to regular people. He's the best.

Is that gym super cold? Why does everyone look like it's winter time?

    • @dougdimmadab5776

Generally most gyms keep it colder than is comfortable at rest, most go to the gym to get their heart rate up one way or another, making the colder room more comfortable

Similar symptoms for me on same side for years... turns out my abductors were too weak on my left side. Started doing soft tissue work and strengthening exercises on Glute min/med and no more issues with VMO, adductors and Sartorius.

Marks likes me f it its f,ed up ill deal with it. Until.....my disc blew apart into 4 pieces it crushed dried out and got blown into pieces literally i could not walk 10 ft first surgery failed . 2nd surgery was a cage and fusion that worked im lucky. Dont ignore pain my doctor said over time it creates disease for some reason i never asked. He knows his back more than just about anyone. He did 3 packer players surgeries. Surgery is absolute last resort. Ill never be the same though i cannot lift what i did my back will feel like its going to blow apart. My upper body is freaky strong now i think because it made up for a smoked low back. What ronnie colman goes thru is no joke. Its like being shot 24/7 the pain never went away . My legs where on fire i wanted to off myself. Im happy i didnt it turned out good today.

A little inaccurate on the foods part but some cool info. Some foods are recent. But a lot of fruits and things were domesticated 1000s of years ago.
