My Igatpuri vipassana meditation experience | A detailed Vipasana guide for you

I joined the meditation course of of 10 days in one of the centres of vipassana. The meditation techniques which they teach is to be in present and recognize ourselves. It is essential to be silent for 10 days and stay away from all the gadgets as well as from speaking once you join this course. This gives you a lot of time for introspection and you can restrain yourself from exchanging thoughts from other people. Do check out the video to know more about it.

Regular practice and understanding of the law as explained by the Buddha, develops more insight, gradually.

Vipassana means as it is. It teaches you to be aware of your mind and thought, emotions etc. And gradually to be able to see the reality as it is. Make you able to come out of the big illusion that you live all you life.

It's not the number of courses. It is the Dhamma understanding, how one develops.
Dhamma means the Law of Cause and Effect.
For details, refer the Pali - English texts for dhamma study.

Buddha and in vipassana they never talk about being thankful to god. Because not everyone has similar view on god.
The sensitiveness is well maintained and constructed for the whole 10 day discourse.

Yea there are light switches available in some rooms but not so sure if they will allow kettle, you will have to check with them

After doing vipassana meditation, one should not even mention about cast. As you said already that every sentient being is equally important and beautiful. As you know that cast means species. Human is one species while dog is another. In this way being an educated one should not differentiate between one human being with another.
