Please be advised. If you have medical issues seek a different center. My husband just left yesterday after day 4. He had a medical emergency and they wouldn’t let him leave. They refused to unlock the front gate. They refused to give him his phone.After 5 hours of basically begging to go so he could seek medical attention they finally let him out. And bring mosquito repellent. He was covered head to toe in bites.
Because it's much more harmful than u think to go outside with a disturbed mind that's why they don't allow anyone till last date but provide medical facilities and other necessary items if you forget it to bring with you, I have attended 2 10 days shivir from Dhamm sota(Delhi center). Be happy! Be peaceful!
