Working that tractor harder than I thought it would. I have a 3 shank that stood my old IH 766 up in the air on the end rows. Sure busted the compaction up good.
My grandpa had the first tractor in our township, sometime in the early 50s. His dad, or my great grandad told him he was going to go broke...which didn't happen. Grandpa sure would enjoy seeing how far along agriculture and technology has come!
You can't buy this tractor for $1 million in China. It also needs to pay the profit of the intermediary and the freight of the goods. There may also be tariffs.
I remember several years back now, you had a video with multiple JD tractors pulling rippers of various sizes and a couple of the tractors were R8-600's (IIRC ) on triples. I believe it was Billy's crew, but not sure on that, because there was also a Cat Challenger two track tractor and it was pulling an 11 shank ripper while the JD's on triples were struggling with the 9 shank rippers in that field. I would have thought that these 8R's with more power, on tracks and heavier than before would pull an 11 just fine. I wonder if the new 830's with all their added power and weight would handle a 15?
These are industrial machines built to do a big job. They are a major investment. This one works 900 to 1,000 hrs per season. It’s an important part of the farm.
@bigtractorpower you're right I didn't think about that I was looking at how it was running on the flat ground then when he started up hill she was chugging
I’m simple Man I see Big Tractor video I click
The 9RX is going strong with the ripper😉👍 thanks for the video👍👍

Tremendous amount of power needed to pull that implement thru the ground!!
Hi Jason, nice work the fall’s deep tillage, rising the soil quality👍🏻💪🏻

If I gave a million dollars for a tractor, my grandpa would have slapped me out from under my hat.

Hi from Dexter🏠Missouri
Hi 🎉
I spent a few hours dragging a single tooth subsoiler across the field because that's all the 45 hp tractor could handle.
That sounds almost agonizingly slow, oof 😐

Beautiful tractor I just can't understand how farmers can afford this equipment today I didn't realize they were making that much money

Do the farmers still use a good old-fashioned soil saver?
I wonder how many acres they get out of a set of points running that fast?
I thought for a minute when I was going to climb the hill there I thought I was gonna just be stopped how things really working
👏👏👌👌👍👍🚜🚜
Xe ngon rượu ngon Việt Nam đây mấy ông già 🇻🇳🚜😸❤
wonder what the gal per acre are like. often wondered if you could use high pressure water to do the same job with less wear n tear and fuel use
So now jd considers a 3 pt hitch an accessory?
They always have. A 3 pt is an add on option for 4wds going back to the first ones.
I use a case ih 9250 Steiger with a case 5 shank disk ripper
Location 🎉
Western Kentucky
Very impressive but however did farming manage 50 years ago
3 point is a $30k option??!!
Same tractor is used for pulling a scraper pan. They don’t get 3 point on those.
Tractor don't even know that ripper is back there
Oh it does especially on the head lands. I have seen it come to a dead stop in spots.
