    Ingredients:
    150g oats or rolled oats
    70g nuts
    A handful of pumpkin seeds
    A handful of sunflower seeds
    1 tablespoon moringa powder
    1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
    1 tablespoon peanut butter without sugar
    1 banana
    1 apple
    1 piece of ginger
    A few raspberries
    Water
