I got the kit as a gift.... I'm hesitant to get started because I'm not used to reading patterns... gulp. Guess I'll need to look for videos or really get cracking on figuring out how to read patterns - eeek!!!

I got this as a gift. That crochet wand is not in newer kits it seems.
Mine didn’t come with the wand hook 😭 just with a 3.5 mm hook 😭😭

Does it include enough materials to make all the patterns?
It only comes with enough to make Harry Potter and Doby. I have seen some people say that they ran out of gray yarn before they could finish Harry Potter.
Did Harry's head look more like a capsule than a ball? The seven rows in the middle seem to make it look too long to me.
What size hook would you suggest if I don't use the wand hook?
My favorite hook size is 2.75. It's what I use with the majority of the kits like these. I would stay under 4mm to avoid larger spaces where the stuffing would show through. I hope that helps!

Can you do the sorting hat?
I can make one from the book, but I wouldn't be able to show how. It would give the paid pattern away from the creator. If I can figure out my own pattern, I will definitely show how to do it. 🙂
Use your own yarn, for size. Being challenged with “Norbert The Dragon” making the wings, just doesn’t look like the illustration ! (Not my first rodeo, I’ve made over 200 different amigurumi, I’ll need to figure a different pattern.)

Did they have Draco in the book?
No, he was not in there. I was disappointed with that, but figured with a few adjustments I could make him. Taking Harry Potters pattern and changing the hair color and the stripes on the uniform wouldn't be too difficult.
I got this kit and made the characters. To make my Draco I used the Ron pattern and change the colors for his hair and uniform.

The book inside is a good guide, but videos on RUclips of the stitches are much easier to follow. If I could, I would make a tutorial on the characters. With the patterns being sold, I'm not able to.

Eso es un engaño....ese tris de lana no alcanza para tejer nada ....y la aguja es plástica, tampoco sirve mucho
