You have to balance the sweet pickles with dill. Then it’s more savory than sweet.😊

I'll help with that. The sauce is made up of:
Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Sour cream
Lemon juice
Chives
Parsley
Salt
Sugar
White pepper
Ok I’m a southern deviled egg potato salad girl all the way so I was honestly riddled with doubt.😂😂 However, after trusting the process, this looks and sounds DELICIOUS. ❤Definitely will make this recipe! Tyfs😊
Never cut before boiling. Your potatoes get water logged and can have that weird texture. Otherwise looks okay
Agreed. Another great method is to cut up potatoes, use just enough water in pot to steam the potatoes. This works really well preventing the potatoes from becoming water logged.

Only thing i did differently was add a stalk of celery. My oldest normally dont like potatoe salad but she ate this. Is actually amazing 😊
My Grandma and Godmother are both cooks, so there is the Swiss twist on it : pickled cucumbers... Or normal cucumbers, if you don't like pickles... BUUUUUT to really upgrade it, for family meetings or anything you do in advance: you use non starchy potatoes and soak the boiled potatoes in some broth overnight or for 2-4 hours! You'll the best potato salad you ever had!!! 😋

As someone who makes potato salads this is nowhere near the best potato salad. The best yet is diced potatoes, diced lunch meat, diced onions, boiled eggs, green peas. Add both Mayo and sour cream into the mix with it being 2:1 ratio 2 parts mayo, 1 part sour cream. Adding too much sour cream makes it too runny and watery and will expire quicker. Add salt and let it reat for 30 mins and its perfect.

In general, the skin does add flavour and roasts up really nicely. Here, it’s mainly because peeling baby potatoes would be an absolute nightmare 😆
