I'm new to kettlebell, and to working out in general. The last couple of hours I've been sampling beginner tutorials. No other expert was able to break down the process with as much depth and clarity as Brittany does in her videos. I don't need to look any further. So happy to have discovered her here. Much gratitude to her for sharing this knowledge and expertise with us.

Great tip on the soft elbows! "Breaking the handle" also an excellent cue!

I'm beginning with the kettlebell. This is the best detailed, simple, technical instruction I've seen: 1. chicken with the bell 2. soft elbows at the top

Since my pregnancy I had noticed less control on my core. I think after her demo I can tell I'm not holding my core in and my back is arching. So helpful!

Lots of great tips for me to circle back to as I rotate through the ten thousand swing challenge. I hurt myself during my first attempt, but kept going because the movement is so fun.

Thank you! This helps a lot . All of it, especially “break the handle”. But what about head placement. I alway try to keep my head aligned with my spine. Here I see head bent up more into up position. Just curious?

I cant seem to time the hinge on the downswing. I am always scared that KB will hit me in the groin and end up hinging before the KB is down :(. Dont know how I can correct this?

Guilty of not keeping my elbows soft at the top of the swing. I didn’t know about that.
