    Great video man! I know it came out some years ago but seems like you have a great grasp on your property and exactly what you need to get your work done. A lot of maintenance techs have overloaded bags with 90 percent of stuff they don’t need. I hope you are still in the trade. Thanks for sharing!

    Just keep your tools clean oil them and it will last for a long time, I have been a maintenance tech for Hotel and apartment for over 15 years. Can't wait to go back and do it again.

    If you have a chance pick up Diamond crescent wrenches they are the best they were bought out by Crescent. But they open wider and they last forever I was handed down a set and my father had them since the sixties and is still using to the state for the past 20 years. And always use fluke meters

    Maintenance technician gotta stick together..I'm in Arizona and I've ben working in the maintenance field in 2 year old apartments and it gets boring because nothing needs to get fixed lol I'm only doing turns so boring I dont like to paint I love to do work orders

    Plus I use my military belt that was for my pistol and stuff... Pouches hold tools and carry a bag for extra stuff... But I'm used to carrying everything on my body!

    I keep seeing these vids with spotless tools that get used every day. I'm an industrial tech. We do it all. My tools look like that right out of the package and pretty much never again.

    I feel sorry for you if you’re carrying the tool pouch on your shoulder for every work order. I do the same thing you do and slimmed my tool bag to have the size of your pouch. Cheers.

    The impact milwaukee it's good for screws? I have the other model impact from Milwaukee too . but strip the screw out . That is the reason I use my everyday drill.

      I think he just keeps his tools in good condition. Keeps them cleaned and oiled, doesn't abuse them. Good tools make easy money 💰.

      Your tools make you money, take care of them and keep them clean! I wipe anything that gets dirty before it goes back in the bag.

      @@fookthenewworldorder450 I'm an electrician, but a started as maintenance man straight out of high school , it shows he's dedicated and willing to invest in himself and love what he does, ..( having the necessary tools he needs to tackle many tasks.
