    I really like the superior tool faucet tool with a 12" extension, and tiny 1/4" wratchet wrench about 5" long from an autoparts store for taking sink fittings hoses and sundry plumbing parts had it fail me twice where i over tightened a fitting and was unable to loosen it had to resort to a deep socket set

    good video bro there's a bit in that bag lol I have the same bag BUT I keep it to the minimum. I condense to max, so I don't have 10 screwdrivers lol - I used to do exactly what you do in midrise buildings all over the place in downtown Dayton. I don't miss it at all you do good works man have a good day.

    Very comprehensive load out...What do you use for repairing holes in drywall or interior doors?....when I used to visit let's say a certain "type" of property installing or repairing the phones, it seemed common for the tenants to express there general displeasure of life punching holes in the walls and doors. Of course your properties might be a bit more up market.....

      I've got the Klein backpack, kobalt backpack and this exact veto.
      The Klein opens up more and is more convenient in some areas. I use the veto everyday but it beats my hands up digging for tools. It all depends on which bag is right for you. If you get in a rush I'd recommend having a couple bags.

    I've been doing maintenance for 20-plus years I carry a pair channel locks a screwdriver and a multimeter and I can do ninety-nine percent of what I need to do your bag get smaller as you get smarter

    • @ApartmentMaintenancePro
      @ApartmentMaintenancePro  Год назад

      I've been doing technical repairs from boilers, hvac, to apartment maintenance for over 20 years. This bag is optimized for working apartment maintenance of all the times I've said 'damn i wish i had that tool or part'. It's in there. 99 percent? you are full of beans. How do you cut pvc with a screwdriver and multimeter? Repair wire connections? Fill in holes from stripped screws? Unjam a garbage disposal? USE TORQUE from a screwdriver to pry something? Lubricate a lock/window. Grind down a latch / whatever. Screw in a screw without taking forever? Making new holes in wood. etc etc etc. I do all this with the backpack on my back and more without taking a trip back to the shop/cart/car or whatever. I've been in this biz for a long long time as well and have worked with many people that have this attitude and approach to the job. Unfortunate it's the NORM in this industry but, it's not efficient. If it was I would be doing the same as you, screwdriver, light, meter, pliers, fix it all. We know that's not how it works and I really hope you aren't preaching this to younger techs.

      @@ApartmentMaintenancePro you read your complaint and experience will tell you what to bring you don't have to carry around fifty pounds of tools with you all day. Bro I can install an entire HVAC system with 10 tools or less

      @@waxren922 you do you wax 👍 my setup isn’t for everybody - Im an avid backpacker in the Colorado mountains and don’t mind the weight on my back and prefer 1 trip fixes which is what the backpack is optimized for 🛠️

      A little bit

    • @FrederSnorlax
      @FrederSnorlax Год назад +1

      the bag weighs 10 pounds empty, but you find multi-tools that make things lighter. example: I have a milwaukee 10-in-1 bit driver and klein 7-in-1 flip socket driver and that's 99% of what i use with my impact driver - and they don't get lost, AND i can drive them by hand.
      but i also have like 15 screwdrivers because i like having the right one for the job 🙂

    • @dr.kraemer
      @dr.kraemer Год назад

      he showed it weighs three stone, and he doesn't look more than thirteen. so yeah, it's gonna be heavy.
