I bought the DVD of this season. There are so many great scenes in the season. I realized that The Pirate Planet was the first episode of Doctor Who that I ever saw when the Captain called Mr. Fibuli. For some reason that stuck in my brain. I didn't watch the show at the time. I just happened to see it one Saturday afternoon.
Retro Dude One of my favorite series too ,but my favorite episode from this series however is The Armageddon Factor . I'm still loving Drax in 2018 what an awesome character . He got that accent from erf . Innit ?
Now you know why other fans are losing respect for the fans of David Tennant "Comic Booker Guy". Some of them behave like there 2yrs. old and go on videos of other actors so they can shove Tennant down those fans throats. Tom Baker is THE MOST FREAKING AWESOME DOCTOR EVER! Tom was sexy, smart, witty and had a great sense of humour. Couple that with his wonderful hair, smile and orgasmic voice and you get the most iconic and unforgettable Doctor in the history of the show.
+Linda Taylor I haven't seen anyone go crazy over Tennant on other actors' videos. You're being a bit zealous over Baker though. EDIT: Pretty sure ComicBook Guy is just trolling.
+DarthRushy I'm definitely not being overzealous. I was just making a point that some other people have also made. Not trying to single out Tennant fans either or saying they all do it. Like I said you don't have to like or love Tom's Doctor because that is not what makes me respect anybody. If I were overzealous I would be trolling on other actor's videos talking about nothing but Tom and not the video or people in it that I'm watching. Didn't mean to get you upset. I did enjoy this video though and wanted to let the person who posted it to know that. Again I apologize if I upset you with any comments or being enthusiastic about Tom Baker's portrayal of the Doctor. I try to keep my enthusiasm for his Doctor restricted to only videos featuring him while respecting everyone who has played the role. God bless.

I don't know what my favourite would be. Possibly the Stones of Blood. Tbh I think the weakest entries were Ribos and Armageddon. They felt weak intros and endings to the saga. I think the key to time should have had a far bigger finale.

Yeah, I found 'Ribos' a bit meh too. I though 'Armageddon' was alright but like you say, it could have been more of a grand finale. 'The Stones of Blood' is probably one of my favourites too. I don't know why, maybe because of the wirrn and the kraal on the spaceship. 'The Pirate Planet', 'The Androids of Tara' and 'The Power of Kroll' I found to be average but overall it was a plausible season.
JC Productions Sorry but I've got to disagree , I thought The Ribos Operation was a great episode . Our first ever glimpse of Romana and although not as good as Lala Ward , a great portrayal . Also we are introduced to the Guardians . Garron was a brilliant character too .Armageddon was the best of the lot I thought , and Drax was great too ,( his accent's from erf , I loved Drax ) also I think it might be the 1st time we found out the Doctor's nickname was Theta Sigma . The Pirate Planet a very action packed story as well and loved seeing Tom's outrage at the destruction of planets " but what is it for !!!" Androids of Tara was okay I agree not the best , and going against popular opinion I thought the power of Kroll was pretty good too . Kroll for that time was very well done I thought aesthetically speaking . The Stones of Blood , I agree is a good story even if it is mostly set on Earth which I usually don't like but liked the Hyper space element and ending up on a space ship at the end very good twist . Overall I thought it was a really good classic series . But if you're not that keen on it I respect your opinion .
Definitely one of the best Who seasons. And it makes a nice change from the usual clashes with Daleks, Cybermen, the Master and mad scientists.

My favourite Classic Who season! And The Pirate Planet and The Androids of Tara are two of my favourite Fourth Doctor stories.
