Thanks for trying but if it does exist, you'll likely need to breed lots. Even in Pokémon the most efficient Mesuda method of breeding will result in 1 shiny in 512 babies...

Maybe when breeding 2 lucky pals there is an increased chance for the baby to be lucky too instead of being 100% chance

It still got the lucky effect if you look at it I think you overlooked it it may not be huge like the rest but it still has the effect
They still had the lucky stat so that’s what really matters tbh. I’m still impressed you got two of the same shiny and they are opposite gender.
I have like 3 shiny chickens. They seem to be the only thing that ever spawns in my game.

Breeding two lucky pals transfers the LUCKY (+15% attack +15% work) stat, same when breeding two LEGENDARY transfers the legendary stat. ( it is possible to breed a Lucky Legendary) The size of pals with these stats is the same as normal pals but you get the bonuses. I assume this is to make it easier to breed perfect pals and still be able to ride them in dungeons and caves.
As a side note, the GOBFIN is underrated. check the ability. "While in the party (you don't have to have it out, it just needs to be in your team) INCREASES THE PLAYERS ATTACK. At rank five this is a big percentage buff to your damage, especially if you breed one with VANGUARD (+10% to player attack) YES they stack) or Stronghold Strategist (+10% to player defense).

Another nice thing about breeding shinies if you haven’t noticed yet, there is a chance to pass down their special moves. Just hatched a Chikipi bred with a shiny version that came out with the Epic rarity move “Dragon Meteor”

I'm not that big into base building but after seeing your base, it inspired me to get creative.
Yeah i need to look into a better spot i got videos saved on good spots i just don’t wanna move cuz its a pain i wish u had a move inventory or something. I would have to put it all in boxes n move it all slowly to and from my other bases and eventually the new one. I made a spot in the beginning never moved just kept it and built the other 2 for mining rocks and even shifting from one mining area to another better one was tedious. I can’t imagine moving a whole base full of mats but ik i will have too sigh. My dudes keep getting stuck. Thats my motivation lol.
@indiegamefan6030 It's not really that hard to move resources once you have a grapple. So if you place a large chest or two near the Palbox and move all the items to them. You can pick up all the resources you need and fast travel to the new base, even when overweight. Then you drop everything in the chests near the palbox at the new place. If you're not close enough, then use the grapple to pull yourself closer. Just don't forget to have the grapple already equipped. If you didn't have it equipped, then you can go in to your inventory and move it to the spot you already have it equipped. Once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty quick. It's how I move thousands of stone, wood, and ore from my resource base to my other bases. I'm currently working on a huge town base. I moved a bunch of building resources to it this way pretty quickly. I run with 2 giga and 1 mega grapple. That has been more than enough, and each grapple has its own cool down so you don't wait for 8 seconds each shot.

@@sigil1234 edit: i moved my base and have more room for them but they still get stuck lmao thats why I didn’t wanna do it they already stated the ai pathing needs to be tweaked.
i already know this trick I’m just too lazy to move honestly. I didn’t bother upgrading my grapple tho so thats good to hear. Im at endgame anyway might as well move my base now lol

Well it did hatch with "Lucky" despite not being shiny so at least we know that can be breed into a worker pal.

Now that you mentioned, started wondering is it possible. Now that you tested it out, so thanks for the info. Also learned that you can pass Lucky passive skill, I thought it was only unique to Lucky pals. Breeding in this game been really fun compared to ARK: Survival Evolved and not way too complicated.

I have a quite similar looking "farm balcony" with 2x stairs and my gathering Pals always stuck there and just move when I run into them. I don't know why and maybe you had a similar problem and solved it somehow..
Question i asked myself few times is: can u breed merchants together and also can u breed palls with the human npcs? 😂
You can't lift humans, so you can't breed them
Human don't have gender tags, so can't be bred. Pretty sure merchants are the same.
I'm not playing (yet), so I can't confirm.

Dude, you did get shiny! Look at the traits, it says Lucky, that's the shiny buff
actually i'm pretty sure the dude's right, if you look at 8:21 he pulls up the info card for it and at the name for it there are no stars next to the name which means normal varient just breed with the lucky trait from it's parents. i mean i could be wrong here but i'm pretty sure for it to be a shiny you need the little stars symbol next to the name for it to be classied as a shiny varient
U can have a non shiny lucky. I got 2
I think if you click Alphas in the Pal Box it places all bosses & shinies in the front of the line. Maybe try that to see where the Hatched Lucky falls in place.

Pretty good! If you can manage to get really good shinies to breed i can see some seriously broken op pals. I got about 7 shinies but don’t think any that cross breed and i got 2 shiny Chikipi but thats probably not worth the effort of breeding em unless i want to get regular eggs faster cuz thats all they do really lol. But I’ll check my pals and see. I just started the breeding part. Waited til endgame.

The most that you’ll get from a shiner is the lucky passive which is pretty good to have a certain pals

I've also tried this and it looks like the "lucky" passive skill/trait DOES inherit (they don't look shiny but they have the trait). I've been trying different combinations of shinies and alphas (cause i want a shiny alpha) and it appears alpha parent(s) does nothing but shiny parent(s) does.

They are basically just bigger versions kinda like the world bosses are bigger versions of regular pals of same species but these have the lucky stat for increased attack/work speed but not an alternate color like Pokemon.
Edit: They can also get alternate attacks not found on em originally. Let’s just call the ones in the wild lucky pals cuz thats what they are and the ones u breed for the different color n type are basically just fusions.
The game does have alternate color versions of the Pals though. They just aren't called shiny.
funny that I always end up here again. I started with Destiny and then I quit, then there was another game I came back for.. Outlanders I think is the name, then I stopped playing that, and now I'm here again. Good coverage

I actually love the idea of the base, but I think the pals are struggling to reach their beds seeing them sleeping all scattered throughout your base. The pal's AI and tracking isn't that polished yet, so I always preffered a flat base that the pals wouldn't struggle to move around through. Maybe that's just me though.

you have a chance to get the lucky passive but not the stars or the size, just like when you breed legendaries you can get the legendary passive

Lucky can pass on but from what i can tell it doesnt change their size like a wild caught one
I wish the lucky size bonus carried over when breeding, or even a really low chance of any egg having the lucky size bonus even if the parents are not lucky and an increased chance if they are, i love my giant reptyro and I’d really like to be able to breed passives and maintain the size.

I've bred some shinies together but they only pass on the lucky trait :( I want to have a bigger version of the pals but it just seems only catching in the wild or raid bosses will be larger than normal
