A message to preserve for future generations..!! 🙏💐🙌 He touched almost all the topics of Judiciary starting from constitutional morality to AI and ML and adopting common man's legal language and all above empathy and compassion for humanity which AI may lack. Touched very tough issue probably for judges the issue of balacing our personal morality with the constitutional morality.

Only Good speeches but judiciary is alwaysbeen impartial. Prolongation of hearings and verdict. Different verdict for political class,rich . Only poor and less influential are the victims .
This CJI does one thing very promptly . Like ,he alloys cases to various division benches . So, is CJI been reduced to that level or whether he himself wants to do administrative work allotment and unmindful of his responsibilities as a CJI.
Earlier ,I was in awe or rather admired him but over a period has been diminishing because the way he handles each case . The whole system is corrupt and no miracle can one expect from this CJI . He is just like others,biased and less courage

In a perfect state of democracy, the only temple that is absolute is the temple of Truth and Justice. It is very polite to think that the judges are not deities. It is a tacit admission that the judges are not always infallible. Even gods have the feet of clay. They are not deities but priests presiding over the delivery of justice. To be a priest one must have the purity of purpose and a proper sense of piety that is often conspicuous by its absence in the present day judges in at least a section of it does not fit in with our model of expectations.No system in democracy is beyond constant check and balance requiring an inner mechanism for self correction of the omission or commission whether deliberate or not. The confidence of the masses must not be taken for granted.
There is no morality bigger than the interest of the Nation . No one is above National interests .

Wow!!! In the initial stage of the post, I did not get the sense of 'constitutional morality ', but I had more faith in the persona of Mr Chandrachud, and I thought, he will make sense! And he did! And how!!!!. Even a simpleton like me was left in awe, by the end. Because , even I understood. You don't make Chief Justice of a country, just like that. No wonder you are where you are, Sir. God give you strength. We, i.e. me and a lot of others, are eagerly waiting to hear your reactions to the new criminal laws...

well, we can talk of finer aspects of justice. When can we have a day when the ordinary citizen can access the courts just like the powerful and rich -thru rich lawyers and still get timely justice. For example, a minister from TN is still not convicted inspite of all the evidence thanks to loopholes in the system and dragging it over years . A common man can never have this kind of justice system as he or she simply cannot afford it financially.
