    Last year I had te same problem with my knee. For me it helped to start foam rolling consistently, mainly the outside muscle of my upper leg (iliotibial band). Hope it can help you too. ✌️

    Keep up the content bro! Just stumbled upon your page today, and dope to see a skater who actually runs as well. I took up skating a few months ago when I was injured, before getting back into my running routine. You shred for sure, I’m trash on the board haha. Keep it up though bro 🤘

    Could be an overuse injury. Maybe dial back your mileage for a couple weeks and supplement with walking, cycling, and IT band specific mobility exercises
