My point? The Catholicism of post-modern days is so watered down that the majority of the world has no clue what Catholicism is. Hildegard is boss. You might enjoy her book, "Physica," which more than touches on the healing of the body and mind by way of using natural elements (stones, herbs, etc.). The world is here for our use!
