Sir I am not able to throw the disc that far that I am able to. I am having more strength than my seniors, but always lack behind. My coach says that while throwing we have to keep the left foot flat. Sir please guide me with that weather we have to keep the lest foot flat or on the toe?

Left foot isn't as important as the right. You don't want to be on your toes but the ball of the foot is ok. Main focus is on keeping the weight back on the right and getting good rotation.
