How to Unpair and Reset Any Apple Watch

Want to unpair and reset your Apple Watch? If you are selling or giving away your Apple Watch, you should unpair it from your phone and reset it to factory settings.
You can reset your Apple Watch in two ways.
One way is by using your phone and another way is doing it directly on your Apple Watch. The process is the same for any Apple Watch including Apple Watch 8.
Bring your watch and iPhone next to each other.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and click all watches.
Tap the info button on the watch want to reset and choose unpair Apple Watch.
If you have the data plan, it will ask you if you want to remove that as well. You should choose to unpair again.
The watch will begin unpairing and resetting. It will create a backup during the process. If you do this directly from the phone, it won’t create the backup.
To reset from the Apple Watch, open settings and click general and choose reset at the bottom of the page.

Yes you can’t delete the app If you want to save storage space open settings go to general then IPhone Storage then look for the watch app then click on it then hit offload app then your good
