As far as I can tell that looks like little Red Riding Hood. She's wearing sort of a red shawl and hat, is carrying a basket and there are goodies all over the product. Plus Rapunzel's is a blue notebook.
I think it's Alice, the cake has a "eat me" written near it, the milkshake could be a modern version of whatever she drunk... Also there's an A by the milkshake's left - this last one pretty much convinced me.

(also, all four notebook designs have a snack/drink with "eat me" or "drink me" on them, so that's just misleading from the company's side XD )

Somehow i really liked that idea of the two designs being sisters, you could use more of the blue on the first one and more pink on the other one :D maybe the blue one always escapes her castle to visit the town and the pink one stays at her home, playing the piano

So you basically inspired me to practice this kind of illustration and I have been practising to draw using similar techniques.
You know your voice is so relaxing, and it’s art so I love the sound of sketching, lining, and coloring, (which is also VERY relaxing for me), so I have a problem.
