Upgrading your cam is the best way to maximize the benefits of a header.

I got Doug thorley long headers in my fj cruiser its very powerful and you can noticed the hug different and it also made from ceramic
I just installed a full new exhaust with long tube headers + catback exhaust. Would I need to replace my headers if I wanted to install a turbo?

When you install a header are you replacing the upper intake manifold or the lower intake manifold? I'm confused.

I have a question here. With a 2003 toyota celica gt it's says it's a 4-2-1 header system however it's just an exhaust manifold that's going to a single down pipe. How is that correct and how much of a difference is there between the stock and after market for this particular vehicle?

#Torresboys13 Put some PB Blaster on the bolts and let it sit for a few minutes. If that doesn't work, you'll have to use a torch, heat up the bolt to soften it, then there you go
really it should be good practice to just get the whole exhaust system in one buy. itll save some time and make putting it together easier! really the "big" gains he speaks of wont really come until the whole air system is upgraded from intake to exhaust.
I brought a box header for a 2000 Chevy cavalier 4 to 1 you think it is going to make a difference on power
A more free flowing exhaust can have a detrimental effect on your mileage. I changed my entire exhaust, headers, x pipe, cat, muffler, on my truck and went from 16 mpg city to 13 mpg city. I could probably get a few of those numbers back with a proper tune but I spent all my play money on the parts.

so whatever you buy for your specific car, it should fit on a stock exhaust ?
For the most part, yes, but the effectiveness of the header would be greatly diminished by using a stock exhaust.

Many headers come with a new gasket in the box. If that's the case, that's the one you'd want to use! If not, then it means you can just use a normal exhaust manifold gasket.
Is long tube headers good on my camaro if it's kinda a daily driver or it'll drink my gas up?
It depends to some extent on the exact headers you get since they're all engineered differently, but typically your gas mileage would go up a little since you're freeing up the exhaust and removing a restriction.
Now that said, if you start going pedal to the metal more after you get your headers because it's so gosh darn fun to have that extra power and sound, then that's going to lower your gas mileage... ;)
want if the car has a senor i the header like my tiburon 1999 fx it has OxG senor in the top then cata.. do guy have header for me like with hold in it....
