I’m glad this game was made in 2005 the actors were still old but young enough to reprise their characters. Now we just lost another warrior. May he find peace in the afterlife.

My dad showed me this movie for the first time when I was about 8-9. Then about 3 months after I saw it with him, they announced the game. We played it for hours. Love this game and the memories
Cochise is the heart and soul of the Warriors. He lives, and breathes in The Warrior code. Named the Native American Chief Cochise, he is an easy going, friendly faced, energised and free spirited young bopper, portraying the Hells Angel sigil alongside traditional Chief Cochise colours and ornaments. He is a real hardcore soldier.
Guy had to wipe out a whole gang to join the warriors. Talk about dedication.
A little late here but The bopper didn't got wipe out entirely,they appear in the meeting 1 year later(this mission take place in 1978 while the meeting take place at 1979).

yeah he has all these kung fu shit, it's cool, it's my cousin's favourite. Mine is Snow though, he's also very unique, he uses mostly head butts and elbows, but unfortunately u don't get to play him a lot in the game.

Trying to interrogate Boxcar was really hard. The other Boppers kept messing me up. I even failed a couple a times because I accidentally killed him.

Typically I interrogate Boxcar in the entryway of the pool hall. It limits the ability of the Boppers and the pool hall bouncers from being able to swarm around and behind us. Also, the wall blocks the bartender from throwing stuff at me.
The bartender also throw beers on you

It doesn't get no more ghetto than this. There are no stores or shops to steal goods. So the only way you can get money on this level is by stealing car radios or mugging civilians, and there's only like two or three cars in the entire mission. That's deep.

Even Vermin doesn't let new young brother join, Cleon still have good soul by letting him prove himself first then command Snow to accompany him to be not too reckless alone, man he is just good leader.

@@josephstalin2606 yeah he gave him a task that if he brought a hat. They may let him in, but if he brought the size 9 one, its a garuntee join. Cleon knew it was big mos size, so if he prove he can take down one of the leaders, hes got what it takes to be a warrior. Its why he sent in a warrior to make sure he dosnt get too deep.

Cochise literally took out half an outfit in one night just to get a red vest, absolute boss.
What I love most about early-mid 2000's Rockstar games is that they always managed to find themselves between amateur and professional in their games.
The best way I can describe it is if the highly skilled game designers (for that era) had their creative process led by a bunch of very thrilled teenagers.
After you put on Big Moe's hat, Cochise can do a little dance, for no reason, and this mechanic is never brought up again. It's so out of pocket, creative and funny in a game where you burn a man alive as part of the storyline.
Man the best game ever in my eyes.

I like picking hats! there's one particular hat in this mission that you can get from a pimp outside The Black Cat. The hat has a feather on it just like Big Moe but the hat color is different, it's black and red.

2) Raise money to go the second bar
3) Go to the second bar and interrogate a guy who has a size 9 hat
4) raise more money to go to a third bar
5) pay a stripper for information at the third bar
6) go to the fourth bar and fight the guy who has the size 9 hat

I think they developers of the game messed up because in the mission where ajax and snow join the warriors you can already see Cochise in the cut scene with his colors from that mission which would be strange because technically in this mission snow was already in the warriors before Cochise joined

Harvey Quezada cleon was warlord but the warchief was random depending on how many were in a group at the time
Harvey Quezada example: cochise Ajax Rembrandt snow there's a good chance ajax or cochise would be warchief because they the strongest
I think Snow is warchief because he was with Swan most of the time and he has a very brutal fighting style
Harvey Quezada who do you think would win if it was a tag team match between cochise and swan vs snow and Ajax keeping in mind you got 4 of the strongest warriors about to fight

I noticed after Cochise's initiation into The Warriors, there's a time gap between August 18, 1978, and April 13, 1979, when Rembrandt got initiated. My question is what happened to The Warriors, as well all the gangs in between those two dates? Because that's a long ass time to still be a part of a gang even during the wintertime.
Pretty sure they were trending locally due to new rivalries & fights as a new game daily (seeing how everything were always reported by the DJ also throughout the game)
More they get talked about, the more people would try to join, depending on their motives.

The Black Cat is on the other side of the unclimbable fence from where you start the mission. One you got out the back door of The Pocket Pool, you can’t return to that area of Harlem.
