Whoever came up with the concept of giving each Warrior a mission of initiation deserves all the bragging rights! I loved that the game had these Flashback missions... Gave more depth to the story of The Warriors... In this mission: Cleon - "You just started a war and I'm gonna be the last motherfucker you see before it's over" And in Mission 10 Cleon lands the final blow finally taking down Virgil and the Destroyers... his once fellow gang members before they betrayed him... Such a dope concept for the game these Flashback missions.. loved each one of them.. The Satan Mothers always scared me too for some reason... I always saw them and the Turmbull ACs as rival gangs they always felt like the 2 toughest gangs in the game (Excluding the Riffs)

Like surely some would have jobs or school or something, and once it's over, go have a pah-day or just get into a biff-up with another gang for the sake of it. I mean, pushing drugs seems a bit hardcore, and maybe some operate like that all day, but I reckon gangs like the Saracens and JSB's (which I think are Greasers and Trust Fund kids with too much time) probably go to school. I reckon the Furies don their paint at like 5 if the arvy and go out starting brawls etc.

But it could also be that having a "hangout" isn't exactly the norm, as it seems that members from gangs like the hurricanes and the boppers have their own homes and such, so it's probably just a general area they hang out at during the night, and go about their business when the sun rises.

And it would seem ludicrous to think that gangs like the Furies or the Hi-Hats to paint their faces and walk around the streets of NY in broad daylight. But then again, New York City was VERY different back then and the NYPD used to be notorious for corruption, so another theory is that the police won’t mess with the gang members as long as they were only messing with each other. The mission with the Jones Street Boys exemplified this theory.

Anyone see the trailer for The Warriors Movie 2022? It's basically Cleon and vermin break away from the destroyers and starting the Warriors just like the video game.....that is honestly what I hoped would have happened instead of a straight remake that probably wouldn't have done the original justice.

this level is so frustrating from a game design standpoint: we are tasked w/ creating as much crime as possible and there are a million cops on this level who constantly try to arrest you. If you try to fight the cops, that doesn't count towards the crime level. I quit the flashbacks just because of this
